So many flavors and options! I will have to come back to try more! You can get just regular scoops of ice cream or pick from the vast selection of special items. There is a large outdoor area that would be so nice on a warm day.

Basically it says on the open sign it says 12:30 to 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, we arrived at 12:40 and there was no one, almost everything was closed, the only thing that was open was the place where you can send money to other countries, there they told me that sometimes they arrive late, we waited at 1:15 and almost the same thing everything closed and everything turned off, the truth is we don't expect more from that place

The atmosphere is what makes this place stand out and was what caught my attention however all fluff with no sustenance. Definitely a business dependent on show than quality which other reviews have pointed out. Fresas con crema was mid.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is the first time I actually felt bad after getting ice cream. I found this place online and decided to go based off pictures and good reviews.
Atmosphere: Colorful and lively, clearly catered to kids as there was a playground outside.
Price: I ordered the 4. Mazapanazo, small size (16 oz cup). The total came out to $12.98. I was appalled.
There were no prices next to the menu items. No signs disclosing the price within the cashier area either.
admit I could have asked for the price ahead of time before ordering or just canceled my order at that moment, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try their product.
Furthermore, my change was $7.02, and the cashier (young male in late teens or early twenties) only gave $7.00. I did not say anything only because it was a miniscule amount and I would've put it in the tip jar anyway, (although I realize I should've said something as a learning moment) HOWEVER, it is the cashier's due diligence to always give the correct change.
Food: The ice cream itself was okay, a 4/10. It certainly did not justify the $12.98 l paid. Although nice aesthetically, I didn't appreciate the wrapped candy directly in my ice cream. I wouldn't deem it sanitary.
Cleanliness: The napkins I grabbed near the register were dirty, they appeared to have been used.
Overall, I would not return here again. Even if the portions were bigger or the prices more reasonable, my first experience here will make it my last. If the business sees this review, I hope they will take the necessary steps to better their products and services. All the best.

One of the best places if you are in Raleigh, to enjoy Mexican-flavored ice cream. They have a wide variety of ice creams, popsicles and desserts with mango, enchiladas, sweets, banana, strawberries to name a few...
Truly delicious and affordable... to pamper you and the family

The service is not that good, the prices are very high for the quality of the product. It's not that what they sell is very bad but I didn't like the service more than anything.

I went with a friend to redeem a coupon, and the menu was even more expansive in person than on the website! It was pretty quiet (middle of the afternoon on a random Thursday) but staff were super patient as we took our time trying to decide what we wanted. Our paletas were delicious, as were the sabritas preparadas. Definitely want to come back and try more stuff, I think you could go every day and get something new and it would take you months to try it all. Our cashier was also very nice generally (my rusty Spanish was neither necessary to order nor a problem, even when I kept switching back and forth).

What a fun spot! Our little one enjoyed playing and we loved trying the spicy sour sweet mango ice cream we got. Just make sure to watch your kiddos by the road.

This place captures the atmosphere of Mexico.I loved the decorations outside on the patio, it's how you enjoy your ice cream while your kids play. The employees were very friendly. And the flavor is very similar to what we find in Mexico.Without a doubt a place to go again.

Today we went out with some friends to have a good time but we came out feeling the opposite, we were waiting more than 1 hour for our food and after 20 minutes we went and asked why our order was taking so long if other people were taking it long after us. They served faster and a very rude man who was helping with the orders answered us very very badly and told us to wait longer without taking the time to review our order. We waited and after getting tired for an hour we went to lose our money back and with a rude attitude he set us up again and that's when he saw that our order had been lost ? something like this had never happened to us, they should improve how they serve their customers!
