Great outside area. Beautiful inside area. Great music. Everything they have is pictured. They have nondairy options. I was very pleased and happy with the service.Kid-friendliness: Had play area outside.

Ballin. The choices are infinite, the prices are good and there's a money transfer counter in the back. Paletas are fire. May not speak perfect English but who cares?

Lots of options to chose from. The menu was a little confusing if you haven't gone there before. There are a lot of pictures for the menu. Service was good. The ladies were kind. There are places to hang out outside, and a few tables inside. Some of the Ice cream just tasted like it had been frozen for a bit past its prime :(

I’ve been to quite a few places that cater to Mexican desserts. This hands down was the worst. I breezed over the menu before entering and had a good idea of what I wanted. Also I went on Saturday around 1pm. I asked for a drink called the Russian as well as a churro. Firstly they didn’t have churros made at all. So I got popcorn instead. The drink the Russian was over powered the Tajin in it. But the kicker of all of this was watching the cashier go to the back and pull out a bag of Orville popcorn and put it in the microwave, opened the pack and put half the bag in a popcorn bin. Plot twist, on the menu it’s a 5$ item…. For 1 dollar pop corn. I was flabbergasted. Won’t be returning.

Went for the very first time on a Thursday afternoon. The parlor was very vibrant, clean, and the staff were friendly. There are a ton of options to choose from and they even offer samples if you are unsure. I loved the outdoor seating area and would love to come back and enjoy the sweet treats for the summer.

Ice cream was good but I originally wanted the number 8. Guy didn’t even know what number 8 was. He said they didn’t have that.Service was terrible not friendly and could barely hear him.My boyfriend ordered la rusa and told him they didn’t have ice after he already made the drink.
Wow! My daughter and I came here for ice cream and I'm so glad we did!! What I loved most is all of the options. There is definitely something for everyone. I didn’t mind the prices as the quality was phenomenal. Everything we got was delicious and the service was great!!! if you’re not sure what to get, they allow you to have a sample on a mini spoon. Although I wouldn’t suggest it because you’ll love everything! Well, they do have a cheese flavored ice cream, and it tastes identical to cheese, however, I don’t see myself getting three scoops of that. LoL. I took my daughter to the outside play area after we finished our ice cream she continue to play. There’s an amazing Hispanic grocery store right next-door, so we also stopped by there. Wow. We loved this place before we even got in the door. At least a hundred options of fruits, ice creams, awesome spicy skittles, etc. They make it all to order, so we appreciate the hand made touch as much as we did all the amazing fresh fruit. Highly recommend you take your family, especially kids.

I never mind prices, I understand inflation but 10 dollars for a raspado is insane LOL! Ice pieces were huge & there was no flavor. Ice is expensive too now ig!

My son had the Superman cup. 2 scoops of Superman ice cream with gummy bears on the bottom, sprinkles on top, and adorned with a lollipop. What a treat! This is a uniquely colorful, fun, and lively spot!

I love this place! They have the best ice cream and desserts in town, with so many flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. The ice cream is creamy and delicious, and they also have other treats like a mango flower. Everything is fresh and you can taste the quality. If you are looking for a sweet treat, you should definitely check out La Michoacana Premium! You won't regret it!
