Just left this establishment without buying anything. The cashier refused to explain the pan dulce to us. Second time this has happened. Panadería La Espiga is much better.

For more than 10 years as a loyal customer of this bakery, I will not be able to buy more since the owners were offended by returning a damaged product. I have to go tell my business that I cannot buy more from them. It's okay to respect what they say. I just told them to be careful with what they had in inventory, I didn't even ask them for another product or my money back. I can't believe that after 10 years of being business owners they don't know how to treat customers, I am a business owner and the customer is always right even if they are not, why? Why is a happy client profitable for me in the long term, but because they have a little money they feel so arrogant and that you can't tell them anything at all, but for me those people don't know how to deal with the client if that's how the owners are and now What are the employees like?
