I like Panda and it's unfortunate that this is the only one closer to me. I came in and spent 12.5 for a plate with white rice/mixed veggies/chicken n string beans/steak. I paid extra for the steak as there is an up charge but there was more veggies and juice than steak. Of all the veggies on my plate none where cooked done. The green beans in the chicken was too crunchy and cold and the broccoli and mixed veggies weren't cooked thoroughly either. After today I'll most likely opt to drive to another city for Panda bc this place seems to be more of a disappointment as of late. Also the portion sizes are small for what you pay!

We have only used take out and delivery from this fast food restaurant. The portion size is large enough to add a bit of leftover food for the next meal. The flavor is good. Orders are always correct.

All the tables were dirty, I got black pepper sirloin it was nasty, nobody told me how bad it would be. All the food was super chewy, but not like a good chewy a horrible nasty spit out of your mouth unable to swallow it chewy. š¤®š¤®š¤® so nasty save yourself the trip.

I live 25 mins away from this location. Today I wasnāt home so I drove 50 mins for this order specifically. I ordered LO MEIN as my side just to drive home and see Iāve been given rice. Iām so disgusted and annoyed because I repeated to her TWICE that I wanted lo mein!!

Spent $20 on a large plate with 2 premium sides and 2 orders of wontons just to basically eat a bite of each item and throw it in the trash. Everything was awfully prepared and flavorless, high chance of receiving some sort of food poisoning from this location. I've reached out to customer service almost a week ago and have yet to receive any reply.

I pulled up to the drive-thru. This was my first experience here. We took a moment to look through the menu and I said that Iād like to order a Kung Pao bowl and lo mein. The guy then asked āchicken fingersā or something incorrect. I then said again the order and then looked at what heād typed in. It had 2 orders of lo mein in it. I was confused by that, since we only wanted 1. I asked for clarification on why there was 2 entries for lo mein and he was toxic in return. I just drove away, completely annoyed and frustrated. I have never experienced a worse drive-thru in my life. I will never return here. If itās bad software, it can be made up for by good service. If itās also bad service, then...
