The quality of this Asian Sesame Chicken salad went down hill from how I remember it. first the dressing is so bland, it used to have such strong flavor that a small container would suffice but now you may need at least 2-3 of the dressing for half size salad. And to top it all off.,the lettuce is not fresh at all and it's mostly lettuce nodes and stems (see pic). If i have any intentions of regrowing lettuce this would have been helpful., but seriously, do better Panera!

Panera Bread at North Hills in Raleigh, NC is a complete letdown. I arrived early in the evening, expecting a quick bite before the cafe closed around 6–7 pm. Instead, I found the staff lounging lazily—no one was manning the registers. I had to hunt them down, only to be told they were completely out of sandwiches, bread, and soup. There’s absolutely no excuse for running out of major menu items so early in the day, especially when customers are waiting. It felt like they were actively avoiding work rather than serving hungry patrons. Save your time and money elsewhere—this Panera is a prime example of poor management and zero customer care.

Let me tell you a story. My family is home sick and only wanted soup. The staff under Karrie? Taavira, Maya, Liv, Elicia and Gabby. They took such good care of my family and I, they were professional, friendly, quick, accurate, and most of all, caring. They put love into my food. I will never forget their kindness. If they don’t all get raises, I will be shocked. SHOCKED I tell you. Please consider them the best Panera staff and best kind of people on earth. They deserve praise and a raise.

I had the worst experience ordering something from a restaurant today, thanks to this Panera location. If there is a manager, he/she needs to quit.
Went around lunch time to get something fast and return to work. Order two sandwiches, two soups and a packet of chips at the kiosk. Waited for 45-50mins after which i got a message on my phone saying the order is ready for pickup. But in the screen, it still showed that they are working on it. 15-20 mins later, they called my name. Went to pickup my order and saw that it was a totally different order with only one sandwich matching what i needed. So after talking to the person at the front-desk, they made the rest in like 10-15 mins. Thanks to these people, my lunch break and work schedule was ruined.
Similar thing happened to the lady that was waiting next to me. She ordered before me and after 45 mins found that her name was being pushed to the bottom of the waitlist for some reason. This is literally the worst system i have seen in a restaurant.

The floors aren't always the cleanest at this location neither is the drink area. It's always pretty messy. Didn't think about taking photos of the floor because look at the chocolate chip cookie muffins. But the staff is always nice and I've never really had much problems with the food. It was fresh yesterday and the cookie Muffins were good.
Worst ever. Quality is terrible. One piece of bacon on a WHOLE BLT after 18 minutes

Dear Panera Management,
I am writing to express my concern over a deeply unsettling experience at your North Hills Lassiter Mill location today. Upon entering, I was not greeted and waited at the checkout area for some time due to issues placing an order through the app, which wouldn't accept my order.
More alarmingly, I witnessed an employee attempting to deal with a slider and toaster machine that appeared to be on fire. The employee was blowing on the machine and coughing without a mask, and then proceeded to place a bagel into a bag for what appeared to be to give to a customer. This blatant display of unsanitary handling, especially in a food service environment, is beyond concerning.
I left immediately without placing an order and am seriously considering not returning to this location. This experience was shocking, and I plan to escalate this issue to the highest authority possible.
I hope you take immediate action to address this serious health and safety violation.

The ingredients are not fresh. Got a salad today with bits of brown, rotting lettuce mixed in with the green leaves. The cucumbers were soft, dry, and squishy, with a spongey texture. The avocado was ripe but flavorless (and I only got one small slice on my whole salad). Picked up my order to-go so only discovered this once I was too far away to take my food back. I won't order here again.

The cashier named Angel didn’t even want to acknowledge me and when she did, it was with an attitude. Took almost 15 minutes still without a bagel so I asked for a refund and left management is trash and it’s so unprofessional in here. Had to call corporate and complain it was unreal.
