Placed online order to pick up at specific time before work in the morning, get there, no one is around to help, have to walk over to the front of store and ask if my order was ready, without even speaking to me she walks away and I’m left standing there. Finally an order gets placed on the counter and it still isn’t mine. I ask if they received it they said no. They asked me if I placed at another location I said nope. Manager then goes to his computer to refresh the orders...read full review
drive thru workers are loud rude and silly actin…having conversations at the window about other customers and orders and just generally acting confused…mixing up orders and wait time it long…
