I came to pick up an order, but the employee and what appeared to be his supervisor were chatting and completely ignored me. When he finally turned around, he didn’t even greet me and just said, ‘It’s in the back,’ as if I was supposed to know where that was. The interaction felt very rude and unprofessional.

The food presentation is very sloppy and for the price, not worth it. The men's room at this location is consistently nasty - this morning the sink was covered in nasty hairs like someone had shaved and not rinsed out the sink.

The food was very good however they gave me an alternative bread for the panini, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the quality and consistency of the food is solid and the service received was outstanding.

10/10 for the atmosphere! There is a section upstairs you can go that is so chill and quiet. It even has a little fireplace ;)

Also, there is a guy that seems to be a manager, or maybe just loves what he does. He greets everyone, is very friendly and informative. His smile went a long way.

Food was great, and staff were nice!

This location is convenient to a lot of N. Raleigh. Unfortunately, I have found the services hit and miss. Sometimes they're prompt and friendly. Other times slow and unwelcoming. Generally the food is good and as expected for Panera Bread. Here again though consistency is lacking at this location.
I do enjoy the atmosphere and it's one of the rare Panera breads in the area to have a second floor. Also the fireplace is a nice touch when they have it on. Typically there is outdoor seating. You may find parking to be hard to find.
Overall, I hope they up their game.

My wife and I made a HUGE mistake in stopping here for coffee and pastry a couple hours before closing.
When we ordered coffee the person taking our order made no effort to tell us the coffee and hot water urns were cold, and they had already removed the decaf urn (with still 2 hours before closing). Almost no pastry or bagels available.
The place was dirty with lots of trash on the floor, and the tables had not been cleaned. As so many reviews say, we used to enjoy coming to Panera, but no longer. The corporate bean counters have run it into the ground.

Sad to say, but I have eaten at Panera for the last time. Went there for Sunday lunch with my wife today and realized that their baked goods are only a shadow of what they once were. The cinnamon roll I ordered was closer to something prepackaged off a convenience store shelf than the (nearly) fresh baked goodness I used to enjoy at this establishment. The employees were all professional and the store was acceptably clean; unfortunately the food quality must have become a victim of cost savings.

Never had an issue with this Panera, food or service. But parking is an absolute DISASTER. I’m not kidding when I say it took me 20 minutes to find parking on multiple occasions.
