Never had an issue with this Panera, food or service. But parking is an absolute DISASTER. I’m not kidding when I say it took me 20 minutes to find parking on multiple occasions.

Best Panera location I've been too! Every employee treated me with respect and took my last minute order of multiple catering jugs of coffee right before closing. I appreciate everyone here will be visiting again!

First time visiting this particular, Panera. The autumn squash soup was lukewarm, not hot and the baguette was still cold/frozen in the middle. Unfortunate since it was a cold day, wanted something warm or hot.
Probably won’t go to this location again.

Asked if “new” garden caprese same as before and was told yes! It is not. Mine didn’t even have any basil just lettuce tomato balsamic dressing and mozzarella. The new French dip came with cilantro and it wasn’t supposed to. Took over 15 minutes to receive our food. Broccoli soup was great

Why even have a Rapid Pick Up Shelf IF YOU DON’T USE IT????? My mobile order was placed in the normal pick up shelf in spite of app instructions… this has now happened at MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.

We asked for our sandwich heated and it was served cold. When we told them it wasn’t heated it took them an hour to heat it.

The food was served as modified with nice large portions of half sandwich, and salad with chips and or apple. Definitely, plenty of food served well.

Thank you staff/team members.

Lively atmosphere with plenty of seating (upstairs and ground floor) and various charging outlets. The coffee is always hot and, in my opinion, is consistently of one of the better qualities compared to the nearby Glenwood, NH, or Capital locations.Service is usually good, but come evening time it can be difficult to get the attention of staffers hanging out in the back - but hey ?‍♀️ at least it's a fun place to work and everyone is always friendly and respectful so it's really not a big deal. My only real grievance is when I need to be in and out fast but my sip club cub order ahead is not at RPU and I have to wait to get someone's attention amidst a food rush for a cup I ordered ahead.Food quality is consistently great and the managers have always helped correct any (minor) order issues I've rarely had some time.

Parking: Plenty of spots, but can be packed due to Whole Foods and nearby businesses.

Kid-friendliness: Yep. Front and back of store patio too.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, but yes to designated handicap spots and low/no curb access.

I like this place but always check your bagels before you leave for accuracy!
