The sandwiches were great. The salads were great but the apple chips in the salad are difficult to pickup because they break when you fork them. The bread with the salads were not fresh.

This is one of my favorite Panera. Food was excellent Price is very expensive. The amount of food is not robust however if you get the full sandwich with a bowl of soup it's very adequate but expensive. Coffee is good but my favorite is their unsweet tea.

First time ever being herre

Let me first start off by saying. I like Panera bread. But Panera! Why the broccoli & cheddar soup not available after 08:00 or at the latest 09:00? As for the new Steak & wake. It definitely woke me up. Because I realized I'm over paying for a subpar sandwich. Nah I'm kidding. The flavor is good and the meat-to-bread ratio. Could favor the meat a bit more. Considering the cost. But I'm really upset that the broccoli & cheese not available earlier.

After a long days work and a grueling commute, I stopped to use my strip club today about 345 at the Brier Creek location, only to be confronted by what I’m assuming to be in associate as they did not identify himself as a manager, questioning whether me and my daughters Had paid for our drinks so I let her know no we did not because I have a club member and her response was never seen in here. I looked at her with the most awkward look as though that looks like me should not be that I was baffled. I was floored it was derogatory. I was uncomfortable and I couldn’t let it rest , so I went to make sure that they had a receipt showing that I paid for my drink as a club member. I have never had an experience like this in a Panera bread I come in every Tuesday for my bagel bundle. I come in every day for my morning, coffee and every Afternoon for my iced coffee to get me through today. Something needs to be said to this type of behavior it’s not acceptable. You don’t make accusations against people because of the color of their skin. Panera do better.

Tried to order breakfast before 10:30 which is the cut off time. The app wouldn't let me. Said it was unavailable but let me put it in my cart. Very frustrating. Fix the app.

They never gave us one of our sandwiches we paid for and said they couldn’t refund us unless we come back to the store in person.

I’m thrilled Panera has brought back the hibiscus (pomegranate) tea! I have ordered salads on 3 different occasions and the quality of the lettuces was very disappointing in 2 of the salads. They put way too much dressing in the salad instead of on the salad as requested. Panera changed their french bread recipe at some point I’m not sure, but it is not what it used to be. It is not French bread now sadly. Panera touts being “Healthy” and clean ingredients only while it often is in contradiction with ingredients that are very unhealthy in dishes that could be prepared in much healthier options. Panera, why aren’t you helping consumers by providing more healthy and tasty meal options?

Probably the worst ice coffee i've had in a long time. 0 points for coffee and - 100 for hygiene. Stay away if you're just getting regular coffee.

Purchased 4 souffles at the counter, and staff walks up and takes two for a different online order with no regard for the in-store customer. No apology or anything. This location is constantly running out of souffles by 8:30 am. Make more, clearly they're in high demand!
