8:21 am 2/20/2024I stopped in to get a soufflé and coffee. The brunette at the counter couldn’t be bothered to extend a “good morning” nor a “thank you”. I suppose she takes cues from the also brunette male manager on duty. He approached the counter fixing to go orders and sees me standing waiting. I’ve no problem waiting to be served next but when I see him stop his flow to address and help the white man using a kiosk it made me wonder, “Could it be my black face doesn’t demand acknowledgment like others around me?”Definitely not a good feeling from the persons staffing this store this morning. I don’t look for the racism but I absolutely recognize it when it shows up.DO BETTER, or perhaps get a job where you don’t serve people because service of ALL people is the requirement. Every time.

One of my favorite places to go to eat and do some work or hang out with some friends or just to be by myself a minute. The food is always great. The atmosphere is always great but I think they just need to work the in-store purchasing food because sometimes I can't hear them call me when my food is ready but other than that it's great.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the parking lot.

Thank you for the great customer service on Saturday 2/10/2024. I was greeted upon arrival into the restaurant by a gentleman that stopped what he was doing and politely took my order. The lady that checked me out was very friendly. Thank you Panera Bread.

I was given an eaten sandwich. My only mistake was I went at closing time. They could have refused and told they are closed. One of the employees served me a sandwich which someone had take a bite from. Panera in general is good place. But i wont recommend this location. Bad people, bad food. I could not return the food because the store was about to be closed. The Panera employee knew that. It was a take out order. By the time I realized bad sandwich is given the store was closed. Very well planned. Don’t go to this location.

Never got my food, I order food from here all the time, waited till order was 30 minutes late, just to call the cafe and find out the system deleted my number on the address and so instead of calling me, they just left my food at some random place and the person on the phone couldn't care less. So now, I have no lunch and no way to get anything. Thanks for nothing. I'll be ordering from the 100 other options for lunch from now on. Too many problems with Panera, ever since they got bigger, customer service has gone down the drain at many locations.

After a long day of work at the hospital, I just needed a nice bowl of soup and a grilled cheese to warm me up. Ms. Tracy was absolutely wonderful and made my whole day. She was not only kind and uplifting to me, but she also helped other guests by greeting them by first name basis with familiarity and grace. Ms. Tracy is wonderful and I really wish there were more people like her in the world. Thank you so much for making my day a lot better, Ms. Tracy. You’re the best ❤️

It was about 8:30am I stopped for a quick bite. This Panera is located at 7840 Alexander Prom Pl Suite 100, in Raleigh. It was always a good bet, fresh coffee, fresh baked foods, and great service. What more could I ask for ... well how about hot food!! After ordering 2 Spinach & Artichoke Souffles, I knew something was amiss when the person who was serving the walkins said to me "I needed to warm these souffles up". I didn't know what to expect so I let it ride. When I took the first bite there wasn't a trace of hot, never mind warmth ... they were still cold. Now, I need to say upfront that their souffles are great cold or hot. When I was working I would frequently purchase 2 souffles, eatting one when I got into the office (at 6:45am) and the other mid-day, so I'm no stranger to cold food. BUT his is the point ... buying souffles at 8:30am one would think the food would be served at least worm if not hot. Well this wasn't the case this morning. I quitely eat my breakfast (enjoying the cold food) and moved on.I rated my experience this morning 3 just because of the food, it should have been removed from the counter after a specific time out on the counter. it appears they may not be rotating food out after a period of time on the counter. I would guess if the souffles were out on the counter for an hour, hopfully they would be removed. I wonder about the other foods offered ... oh well you can't have everything ... so says Klaus Schwab.*FOOD: 3 Cold not even close to warm.*Service: 5 Although the server served me cold food, it's management problem & their process they put into place.*Management: 2 (poor oversight of food temperature at time of serving).*Cleanliness: 5 (eating areas & restroom)

Ordered food uber eats..bread bowls. They came without the bread after an hour wait I drove back to the store to get no sorry no here's a cookie nothing but that's customer service these
