Food is good
I like the atmosphere it's relaxing and nice setup and seating but they really need to do a better job of cleaning up the dining area , I come here several times a week and there is same old food on tables seats floor etc
There's always several employees working and in the evening when it's slow no one is cleaning
I came around 7 and saw a kid with a broom talking on his phone and swept under one table with the smallest effort then went back to the back never bothers to actually clean
Kids are lazy I get it but this place would be super nice if they kept up with cleanliness
This isn’t my first time eating at Panera.
I’m actually a regular customer and a big fan of the Pick Two, (missing the flatbread pizza)
Today, I had a hospital visit and ended up eating at the Panera inside because it was the only restaurant available. I ordered two Pick Two meals and one drink, and spent nearly $30. I expected a longer wait since this location is usually busy, not a bog deal! but what I didn’t expect was the shockingly small portion sizes.
The “half” sandwich I received looked more like a quarter. I was both surprised and frustrated. I brought it back and asked the staff why I was being served such a tiny sandwich. They told me corporate had instructed them to start making the sandwiches that small.
Honestly, that’s unacceptable. It feels like a ripoff. I’ve been loyal to Panera, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I won’t be eating at Panera again—and I’ll be letting my friends and family know about this, too.

The staff don’t seem to care if there’s a long line of people waiting. Looks like a bunch of teens got together and decided to go play sandwich makers. We forgot to throw out that bread for your sandwich… we don’t have anything but diet in bottled drinks ( no one bothered to update the order menu so you’ve already paid extra). When pouring the lemonade into vat spills it all over the counter and doesn’t bother to soak up the mess so everything is sticky. There was one man who was trying to get the crew on task but he was alone in that pursuit. I didn’t get to talk to the cardiologist that did a procedure on my son cause I was waiting and waiting on sandwiches .

worst chicken bbq sandwich I ever had! The bread was soaked and taste horrible. 3 went in the trash $$$ yuck!!! Had some 2 nights ago same restaurant and they were great. Tonight the crew were playing around and yelling loudly. Just arguing with each other. Need a supervisor and staff that cares.

Cook threw sandwich at the cashier. She missed it and it landed on the floor. He was told to make it again and refused. She made the sandwich. Thanks for wasting our time with the games! We were tired and visiting someone at the hospital after a long day at work.

Who is going in the hospital for food if they didn’t already need to be at the hospital…Weird.

Nothing was working or in stock. Nobody would help fix the computers. Just all about bread on their head.

Best green tea period! Every other panera is cutting the formula. See how green my drink is? My panera near me is making the drink the same color as the lemonade ? If yall panera drinks don't look like this! They are short changing you.

The food is subpar and borderline disgusting. Today I ordered a cinnamon roll and it tasted like lemon. It was hard and served cold. I’ve tried the sandwiches before and they’re all disgusting and don’t taste anything like what they’re advertised. I’m done going to Panera. The breads served with the sandwiches are all hard. None of this is edible. I wonder why this franchise is even popular when the food is just so bland.

Second time at this franchise and first at this location. Very uninviting and unfriendly. I was the only customer and wondered around looking for the coffee cups as I found everything else that appeared to be completely set up for self service to include multiple kiosks and abundance of overhead cameras. After being ignored, I managed to flag down a worker behind the counter who appeared bothered and was told I must first pay to then be handed an empty cup if I want coffee. She had a little bit of an attitude as if I was supposed to know how their system works.I walked out and thankfully found the cafeteria where I was able to interact with friendly, helpful employees and custom order a cheeseburger from the grill. I found everything to include good coffee, choices of cups in various sizes, and pay on the way out. Even the cashier was cheerful. In my opinion, Panera Bread needs to seriously work on service, quality, and value as convenience or location alone is not good enough. Does this franchise want to merely exist or thrive?

This is an incredibly convenient location inside Wakemed on the main floor close to the A & B elevators... A nice alternative to the hospital food.... The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is soothing and quiet and restful.. both indoor and outdoor seating are available... Food is tasty...fresh and faster than the other locations... I definitely recommend...

This is not a panera accessible from your vehicle. It's on the hospital grounds.Hard to find, especially if out of town.
