This is an incredibly convenient location inside Wakemed on the main floor close to the A & B elevators... A nice alternative to the hospital food.... The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is soothing and quiet and restful.. both indoor and outdoor seating are available... Food is tasty...fresh and faster than the other locations... I definitely recommend...

This is not a panera accessible from your vehicle. It's on the hospital grounds.Hard to find, especially if out of town.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and got 95% watered down soup with half a noodle and one piece of chicken…. A few days later ordered broccoli cheddar soup and got the same thing… water soup with 1 broccoli! Really frustrating paying money for bad soups- I won’t order here again!

Tell me you don't give a $&@k without telling it to me. No cashier, garbage cans overflowing, dirty restaurant, and my order wasn't ready for at least 10 minutes after leaving order board. They're at a hospital, they know they have the market and they simply don't care.

I have come here before and my order was fine but today I ordered Mac n cheese with a side of fruit and both bowl were half empty. The fruit looks older and the cup is mostly empty and my Mac n cheese is half empty as well. It was also cold when it is supposed to be cold. There was also no fork in the bag like the label said.
Sometimes the food is okay but more often than not it’s very poorly made. Orders are frequently made wrong and most of the staff is very rude. The sandwiches lack the appropriate ingredients, there’s hardly any meat on the sandwiches. The staff doesn’t seem to care when they have a whole restaurant full of people waiting on their food. They still take their time with zero urgency. I had to wait 21 minutes for a sandwich and was the 5th person on the board when I placed my order. Unacceptable service

Consistently had coffee that tasted like dirty water the entire time I was at WakeMed. Very weak coffee with zero flavor. Many other people ordering the coffee said the same thing. I notified the staff, and they just shrugged their shoulders.

I work at the hospital. This place is definitely no traditional Panera. I guess I’m gonna pay $10 for a sandwich and basically eat bread, tomato and lettuce with barely any tuna salad on it. It’s not the first time this has happened. They definitely need to learn how to make things like the Panera restaurant outside of the hospital do.

Very friendly service and convenient I don’t know what these people are complaining about out of stock. Items is in a trauma center for crying out loud I was thrilled.5 stars
