I ordered a meat pizza, some garlic knots with marinara sauce, a hot garlic dipping and another BBQ, and some seasoning. The extras didn’t arrive, the marinara for the garlic knots didn’t arrive either, the pizza needed more time in the oven, they put the dough, tomato sauce, the ingredients, and then covered everything with cheese on top. It was a disaster — I only ate two slices because I was tired, and I had to throw everything in the trash. It was basically $45 thrown away. First and last time with Papa John's

I don't order pizza often but 8 of the 10 times I've ordered from here, I've been disappointed, from orders that wernt remotely correct, pizzas that weren't baked to completion, they couldn't even cut the pizza properly the pizza cost way too much to be this bad. Save your time/money and buy a frozen pizza.

Worst experience ordering pizza. The pizza itself or the cheese sticks werent cut. And the pizza itself looks like it was thrown together by elementary kids in art class. And. Not in a good way.

Standing for almost 10 minutes to pick up a uber eats order. While doing so one girl is on her cell phone flipping dough. Then she starts touching her phone as if she was either scrolling or dialing a number a the phone back to her ear. Customer behind me said did you see that as she was back flipping the dough and on the phone. No gloves so imagine the germs from her phone to the dough completely dusting . I said do I see what she doing yes. She said oh no and left. I cancelled the order because I refuse to deliver that food am they get sick. It was a girl with blonde top however they’re are two girls with that hair color. She had black sweatpants with red down both sides of her legs. I told them I would be backwnawhile I cancelled the order.

Ordered a large pie spent 23 dollars.. had toppings on each half of the pizza what I got was toppings on 4 slices and the others had nothing.. not sure what type of quality check there doing in there.. that’s what happens when you have people working that don’t care about the customers and there jobs… this reflects totally on Management

We are doing a lot of changes and to the ones who said they wouldn’t come back please come back during the morning to afternoon it is a great vibes and experience in the morning/afternoon! For everyone with the bad experience I am sorry ! Just know we are trying to get back on track !! Also the guy that was rude and hung up on people and was not wanting to help and say he’s not doing all that work. He was let go !!! A lot of people don’t understand you have to have a lot of ground to fire someone but we are getting there !!

Took a min to get my food after online order was ready.. then order wasnt complete had to go back to get items not put in box... pizza wasnt how I ordered...guess it was late and was jus one of those nites ...
Trust me, go to a different location. Lady there kept rolling her eyes and scoffing as if inconvenienced by the fact that we were there to pick up an order. Saw employees in the back in shorts (this is a ding in food service) sanitation score of 92, and I see pans strewn across the floor - employees even walking across them.

I ordered food here on 8/21 that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6pm. It’s not 635pm and my food isn’t ready, the to males working here are very rude. They haven’t acknowledged any of the customers. They’re standing around talking, they have no sense of urgency. I watched one pick up boxes off the floor then use them for a customers pizza. There are 10 customers here and none of us have been greeted.

I walked in the store, waiting for my food, I heard Heavy person caucasian man say why nobody get the oven slamming things around so embarrassing one of the coworkers said we didn’t it. He was very rude to his coworkers. One of his coworkers started crying because I’m guessing their feelings was hurt. It made me so uncomfortable. I asked for a refund and he would not give me my refund.

This location needs to be closed. All the works was in and out of the building with no gloves on making pizza. They constantly overlooked the people waiting at the register for help. This whole area of Raleigh is just nasty. Messed up orders, nasty pizza, and workers could care less.
