The service is very bad, we ordered many times before and every time we had an issue with them , last time today we order for delivery at 7:15 and it was late and they said a driver was coming but we never got anything.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered delivery, which never came (even though it said delivered) Tried to call the store three times with DoorDash no answer. So here I am at the store now. And guess what my pizza is sitting on the shelf. There were about four other customers that said they had been there for about 20 minutes, looking at their food sitting on the shelf as no employee was even paying us any attention. I even had to just grab an employee and tell him to hand the man his food.
I don’t know Who sat across in an interview with this so-called manager, Nick, but they need their position reevaluated!! He has got to be the rudest, most disrespectful, inattentive, lack of customer service giving, could care less about the customer, employee I have ever experienced . If I could give negative stars I would. Never again will we use this location. It used to be bad, but this is the worst that I have ever experienced.

The pizza's are better at Domino's for sure. My main issue with this location is how unsafe you feel around it. Get some security.

Order a grilled chicken with Alfredo sauce, the pizza wasn't done all the way. I call the store to get a remake. Whoever answered the phone had a attitude and questioned me about the pizza. She said you want a refund. I said yes what is your name and she hung up immediately. I'm assuming I'm not getting a refund. I'll never order from this location again but customer service gonna hear about this one.

I feel like the only ones giving 5 stars must be working at that dump or are friends of the people that work at that dump cant even cut the pizza up and got me hella sick last night pizza was not cooked all the way. Last time I order papa John’s from this nasty and sketchy location 🤢🤮

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered cheese sticks and they only put cheese in the center. The bread was so thin where the cheese was so it was soggy and it was extremely salty. It was like they added salt on top of the cheese. Also ordered an extra side of marinara and they did not give it to me. Wouldn’t order from this place!
Was picking up food. And the main guy in the front was super rude. I walked into the store and waited for 10 minutes. And then he finally came over after a long while just to tell me he never made my order after online it said it was ready. Super rude service. Needs work.
