My order got cancelled due to the store not having medium dough. I didn’t understand what that meant. I was asking questions you can tell the person on the phone didn’t care to answer my questions. Anywho treat people with respect when they don’t understand something.

This place is unbelievably disrespectful. My order was incorrect and I was told it’s not their problem. I came to get a refund and had to end up calling the cops. The associate literally came from behind a locked door, followed me to my car, banged on my car trying to fight me. I was in total shock that someone would do that over a pizza/refund. I have never encountered such behavior. I’m surprised this place is still open for business. This place deserves negative 0 stars

I ordered a pizza and it came completely burnt. I called and only to be told that the pizza is not burnt. I sent a image of the burnt pizza and they inturn sent me a picture stating thats how all their pizza came out. It could not be bitten nor torn. This is the worst. And refuse to issue a reorder.

Avoid this location at all cost, ordered delivery and the driver never showed. After calling the store they sent it out again. My order arrived missing the main thing I ordered it for and my pizza was ny style paper thin when I ordered regular crust

I feel like three stars is being generous from this location because half the time they get my order wrong, which I don't understand how that's possible when I order online and the instructions are right there for them to read. It's happened enough times from this location to give a poor review and I will find a different location to go to from now on.
This is the first pizza I have ever had in my life that I would consider inedible. I've had very bad pizza before, but still ate it because it's pizza and I'm a fat boy. Last night when I ordered this, I was starving, with the munchies, still a fat boy, and threw the whole thing out after attempting to eat one slice. That's how bad it was. It was like one big pile of some sort of fake tasting cheese w a pool of grease on top and when you went to pick up a slice the crust just ripped off with the rest of the soggy mess still in the box even after cutting it again. Everyone who attempted to eat it said it was the undisputed worst pizza they ever had in their lives as well, and we're all in our 30's and have eaten lots of pizza. Never knew pizza could be this bad.

Black lady customer service skills were very really bad. I walked in to pick up my pizza and she said " what do you need" and I said " I came to pick up a pizza" she said " what's the name"? She was very rude acting. The younger black lady was very friendly and had very good customer service skills. The pizza itself wasn't good because the dough was partially raw and there were very little pepperonis on the pizza. I definitely WILL NOT be going back there.

We got pizza from there this past Friday…. And at first, I wasn’t gonna leave a review, but I feel like somebody needs to hear this because it’s been sitting heavy on my mind. First off we did a pick up and it was very busy in there understandably because it’s a Friday. I didn’t see one person wearing gloves while touching the food…. The main lady that was taking orders. I think she’s from New York. She has braids very very nice and I liked her personality. She was definitely doing the best she could with everything that was going on. HOWEVER, there was an older lady I think with red braids that was helping assemble the pizza., who licked her fingers while she was doing the pizza and never one time washed them. Instead wiped her hands on her shirt quite a few times. I was so grossed out. I wanted to say something right then, but I knew that they were so busy. I didn’t want to mess up their flow at all. And the lady in the front was so overwhelmed. I just didn’t wanna make it worse for her at that time. I’ll be honest we took the pizza home and was very hesitant to eat it just because there’s no telling what else that lady was doing to anybody’s pizzas. And all the employees not wearing gloves at all. I’ve been going to this location for years, but I think that’ll be my last time. Hopefully somebody can hear this feedback and address it for future customers. Just to maybe mandate at least glove wearing. Thank you.

I ordered 2 pizza's and a cheese bread. And a drink. The pizza when it showed up was cold. I think it's because the used door dash to deliver it. Why is door dash delivering for papa jhons now. No sauce and no peppers came with it. I call the lady was ruled about it like I should know. I'll order from pizza hut next time.
