Food is Almost always a hit. They need to listen a little better when it comes to taking people's orders. Other than that i order from here pretty often.

The entire staff is amazing. I ordered pizza from the wrong location, and the Manager got my order in,and in less than 20 minutes, had my entire order ready. This is prime customer service

I have been ordering the bowls for about 2 years and I love them...recently though the quality has gone way down. It used to be a good meal and now.... I can see the bottom of the container because there is barely anything in it! I'm sorry if I'm paying this much for one I should at least get a decent portion size. Really disappointed 😞

Placed a carry out order and 20 min later the app said it was ready. Went into pick it up and they said it wasn't ready. Waited 10 min longer inside Papa John's. When I got home and opened the box the pizza was burnt and hard and the cheesesteak papadilla was so soggy, wet and greasy I couldn't even eat it.

Drove about 45 minutes round trip specifically to have Papa Johns for dinner after bad experiences at two other local pizza joints. Our expectations were definitely met tonight! We got a ton of food for a great price using an app deal, and fed our family on a budget. Everything was at a perfect temp and great flavor. The restaurant experience at pick up was excellent as well, the employees were quick and helpful with a clean space. Thank you , Papa Johns, for a great dinner. We will be back!

I hate the stupid automated system what ever happened to calling in the order and talking to a real person at the store??
Ummmmm wasn’t sure if I called a daycare or the actual buck and mortar establishment. There was a kid crying in the background and some guy yelling at it….. hope my pizza is okay??

i ordered a cheesburger pizza with half no meat and half no veggies. i picked it up and got into my car and then checked the pizza and it was made wrong, so i went back in and told them and waited for it to get remade. once they brought me the new one i asked if i could possibly keep the original pizza too, and the person i talked to seemed almost offended that i asked to keep it. he very bluntly said no, so i just kind of said okay and left. i understand the store has a different manager and team now but i worked at this exact store for like 2 years and we always offered for people to take the mess-up if they wanted, and we also weren't actually allowed to take back food once it left the building. it's not a big deal but it was just very annoying for them to act like i'm crazy for wanting to keep it, after i waited extra time because of their mistake.

I think this is the saddest pizza I've ever received. Missing cheese and the meat was burnt. It was 4pm so it's not like they were busy.

Just keeps getting slower on delivery. Waited 2 hrs for my pizza. Took 45min from "on the way" to here. I live less than 10 minutes away. Just so I could preheat the oven to warm my cold, already late pizza for dinner.

The pizza is really good the service is good too but Fridays nights can get a little busy that's how good the pizza is. The cinnamon pull aparts are too good to be true I get two boxes everytime i order.
