Ummmmm wasn’t sure if I called a daycare or the actual buck and mortar establishment. There was a kid crying in the background and some guy yelling at it….. hope my pizza is okay??

i ordered a cheesburger pizza with half no meat and half no veggies. i picked it up and got into my car and then checked the pizza and it was made wrong, so i went back in and told them and waited for it to get remade. once they brought me the new one i asked if i could possibly keep the original pizza too, and the person i talked to seemed almost offended that i asked to keep it. he very bluntly said no, so i just kind of said okay and left. i understand the store has a different manager and team now but i worked at this exact store for like 2 years and we always offered for people to take the mess-up if they wanted, and we also weren't actually allowed to take back food once it left the building. it's not a big deal but it was just very annoying for them to act like i'm crazy for wanting to keep it, after i waited extra time because of their mistake.

I think this is the saddest pizza I've ever received. Missing cheese and the meat was burnt. It was 4pm so it's not like they were busy.

Just keeps getting slower on delivery. Waited 2 hrs for my pizza. Took 45min from "on the way" to here. I live less than 10 minutes away. Just so I could preheat the oven to warm my cold, already late pizza for dinner.

The pizza is really good the service is good too but Fridays nights can get a little busy that's how good the pizza is. The cinnamon pull aparts are too good to be true I get two boxes everytime i order.

I ordered my food at 6:58 tonight. It didn’t arrive until 9:38, almost 3 hours later. When it did arrive, it was dropped off at the wrong address. I called the store and was put on hold for 38 minutes before I hung up. I called customer service, just to be told I’d receive help 24-48 hours later. Super frustrating. Obviously my food was cold too.

Will not be ordering from this location again. Second time in a few months we've ordered a specialty pizza and they're sorely lacking. Almost uncooked crust and have to take a magnifying glass to find the extra toppings. For $21 it sure didn't look like anything special. Very quickly made which, after the results of the pizza, I can see why. Go anywhere else, even Aldis, to get a much better pizza. At our dance hall last Sunday their Papa John's pizza were covered with toppings and piping hot. Too bad it was in North Raleigh.
Ordered a pizza well-done and received raw dough in a box. Service is no fault of the delivery guy.

Got boneless wings bro… and we get there, picked them up. Come home and realize, Theyre almost bare with no sauce. We got honey chipotle and there was barely any sauce. If we wanted that we would’ve jus gotten bare wings. Like whyy? Jus put the sauce on there man.

Hands down the worst Fastfood Pizza in America. They charge you the same prices as Dominos for much less quality in their pizza. It taste like a Little Caesar’s Pizza maybe even worse. Atleast Little Caesar’s has lower prices for less quality products. Pappa John’s charges more for less. The worst Pizza I’ve ever bought in my life! Got a Sausage Pizza with Peppers, Onions, Olives and of course the Sauce. They don’t use Marinara they use Tomato sauce? Like no!

Delivery was always good but I don't think we will ever be ordering pizza from here again due to this incident because I do not trust this won't happen again and my tooth is hurting me still from this but I bit into metal in my pizza and they refunded us but didn't seem to care where it came from and wouldn't look at it ... I had rather them look at their stuff because this is dangerous ... we were really nice about this in hopes they would check their pans or whatever they use to cook and cut with so it didnt happen to anyone else .. so I'm putting this out there to warn others as this was a terrible experience I have never had this happen before

Sometimes you just never get your pizza. Often it takes forever and arrives cold. Avoid if possible.
