Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered delivery for a Well Done small pizza with Anchovies, Onion, Pepperoni and Tomatoes. I received a raw pizza with no anchovies. Because I ordered through DoorDash, I only got an eight dollar Credit on my $20 bill. When I called the Papa John's store to let them know that my order was not correct, The young man who answered the phone basically blamed DoorDash. When I said I'm calling you because I Would like for your team to pay more attention to the orders, He muttered under his breath and was was rude. I am totally rethinking who I order from these days and it is all based on customer service.

Excellent service.

I go to this location occasionally it's close to my home. I was over charged for a deal that's still going on for an X Large New York style pizza today. The deal is still on Papa John's website also tv commercials are still showing the deal for $10.99. Why after I put my credit card in little machine to pay for the pizza the transaction happened already the young lady say to me your total is $17.00. I was like what the deal is $10.99 why did you just charge me $17.00 bucks. She stated the deals change every week and are for a limited time. I said OKAY I get that, but the deal is still going on it's on your site still. So, me not wanted to refund right there which I should have because then that's false advertisement. So, I mention to her that I just order over the phone for pick-up on 8/5/24 bought the same exact pizza and paid $11.00 I have proof with my bank statement. Also, on my receipt read NY Style pizza so I ordered it correct over the phone for a walk-in pick up not on the website today. I came home called customer service explained all this to the representative on the phone he said he would put the complaint in it will take 24 to 48 hours to be addressed. I hope this come out fair to refund my over charged payment for the deal that they are still running. I took a photo of the deal still on the website I took a photo of the box that read X large NY style pizza on it. So why was I over charged for the deal I just want my $6.00 refunded back to my card. Also, I bought an 8-piece buffalo wings for $11.49 paid cash for that. This is not right at all I just want a manager to fix this. I also ask for a manager she said she was the manager. I left because I saw she was not going to refund the extra back on my card. Then she started to tell me about other prices on large pizza like I did not know what I ordered.

I ordered a pizza, cheese bread and some chicken wings for delivery. Only the pizza and cheese bread made it to my house. The delivery person said they didn't speak english and walked away. I then called the store and they said they would refund my order and apologized for the mistake. They never refunded any portion of my order though.

Placed an order at 11:20pm it got cancelled at 11:40pm. Smh ??‍♀️

Updated: tried this location again and found hair on my breadsticks. I contacted support “Brianna” who stated she would request a refund but instead the transaction posted to my bank statement. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Disgusting ? I’m glad I did check my son’s food before he got to it. This is unacceptable and no solution to the problem is even worse. The health department needs to inspect this I will be contacting them too.

Worst service ever!! I was delivered the wrong order after calling and informing them, I was told my order was going to be “re-delivered” waited 1.5 hr and when I called to ask where is the order. Again I was told another lie “the second order was delivered and handed to someone in person” DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! Customer services sucks, workers that just to make their job easier, lies to costumers. Stupid of me not to look at the reviews first, seems this store is just known to mess up all their orders. No matter if it’s pick up or delivery. SMH

Ordered my pizza for pick up, it was made incorrectly. I told them so they remade it, left and got home found hair on my pizza, called the store. The manager said he was put in the system under my number a replacement large pizza. So i called a week later to get my replacement this manager i spoke with claim to not see anything under my number was rude and sarcastic and barely wanted to replacr what they messed up. Its so unprofessional to tell a customer that a replacement pizza will be under their number when it was not done, anx unprofessional fot the other manager to give a hard to replacing something that was suppose to be fixed, like i he doing me favor. I did not pay for hair. I paid for pizza. New management is needed at this location. Asap!

Gave me the wrong order, tells me to come back and they will give me the correct order. Drove all the way back, which makes no sense since it's their mistake and they should deliver it to me. Arrived and gave them my incorrect pizza and they said wait we have to make it. Like what the hell were you doing before when I was driving there. Lazy staff, service is terrible, food is terrible and greasy. I'll never eat from here again.
