I placed a online order. It was sent to Doordarshan. The driver sat at a apartment complex for 15 mins. When he arrived he tried to give me a pizza with someone else's name on the box. I ordered a large pizza and that was a small. He did not speak English, so he didn't understand what I was saying.

Ordered a small works pizza to my hotel, well done. The driver showed up right away and I had to meet him down in the lobby per hotel policy. When I got back to my room the pizza was cold. I also Ordered well done and the crust looked rare. I ordered extra garlic butter and normally it is nice and melted, nope it was like a paste because my pizza was so cold. Totally unimpressed with this Papa Johns. I go back home to Florida tomorrow otherwise I would have pursued a refund. Also all of the black olives were in the very center and only a quarter of the pizza had sausage. The photo is when I was taking a photo to show a friend that they had spicy garlic butter.

I stopped at this location to place an order for a homeless gentleman. The young man behind the counter was professional and pleasant. This is a stark contrast to my experience to where I ordered my dinner. Although the wait was a little longer than stated I could see that they were busy and fulfilled all requests timely. Overall it was a brief, great experience.

As always when ordering and specifing light sauce, we got extra sauce like always. Not really a problem on the regular crust, but it sogs out the gluten free crust. The extra dauce also contributes.tomthr heart burn of one of my family members which isnt a problem when the sauce it light. Read and follow the instructions provided. Its not that hard.
