I came in to place an order on 11/10 around 6:30 and it was extremely busy. The gentleman at the count has amazing customer service. He engaged with everyone coming in and got things done in a professional and timely manner. I was very impressed with his multi-tasking skills.

Horrible experience! It took 2 hours to get the pizza and when it was finally delivered it wasn’t what I ordered. Manager promised a refund which was never processed. Never again.

I ordered via DoorDash and got the literal opposite order. I called the store and they admitted to messing it up but wouldn’t send me a new pizza. The manager wouldn’t get on the phone even after admitting to making the opposite order. If they would have simply remade the pizza and got my address to send it I would have been happy but knowing you made the mistake and still not willing to just send me a new pizza is ridiculous. This pizza isn’t even a pizza. They insisted “DoorDash is lying” so I made a third call back to DoorDash and they again said the store would have to make the redelivery. I just don’t understand how no one cares - it’s not like an ingredient is missing. This is just sauce and what looks like rotting toppings.

Don't order from this team. Mr. Jim wouldn't remake our pizza that was delivered cold. This has taken place on numerous occasions, and I wouldn't suggest ordering from this team. Another manager hung the phone up while discussing our concern; so we had to call back multiple times to speak with someone who was professional. This should never happen in business. Please, I encourage you to spend your hard earned money with someone who values your business.

They use Door Dash and so multiple stops later with no warmer bag my pizza was very cold. Delivery time kept updating and ended up 30 minutes past the initial delivery time promised. Never do business with them again.
Terrible. Ordered at 11:32PM did not receive order until 12:29. Food was already “on the way” which means it was done cooking about 45 minutes before I got a delivery driver. Showed up cold, dry and not enjoyable. Not to mention, my “5 topping pizza” came with no pepperoni or spinach as requested. No phone call or anything to say we are out of pepperoni or anything. Simple hospitality. Don’t see this place open much longer, keep the $40 bucks. Driver was great though!

I used the website to order. It wouldn't allow me to enter my credit card information to pay. Okay. I call the phone number. I spend about 8 minutes placing my order, because of poor communication and upselling. At the end of the conversation the order taker tells me he can't enter the order and he'll have to transfer me to the store. 20 minutes and I still haven't ordered my pizza. I thanked him and told him I'd buy my pizza somewhere else. I went on Mega Pizza and had it ordered and paid for in about 3 minutes.

My order was exactly right and delivered hot and fresh! Wings, Pizza everything perfect. Delivery guy was awesome too! If only my experience with the Papa John's at home was this good!! Thank you

Bad portions, and bad service. A bunch of the employees were outside joking around outside then as I walked up got they got really quiet and looked at me like “what are you doing here?” Walking in a couple employees went in ahead of me and I was directly behind them. they opened the door only for themselves and the door kind of slammed back into me. Guy at counter just said “name”. Then food came around and pizza barely had any cheese on it, and Oreo bites were the smallest I’ve ever seen at a papa John’s. Coulda fit into 1/6 of the size of the papadia box. Won’t go back
