Disappointed because I always order from the Glenwood Ave location and my last delivery order was the chicken Alfredo bowl which comes with, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, onions and chicken. All I got was the chicken in Alfredo sauce. Called the store and was told I would receive a refund and haven't seen it yet. If I knew how to upload the picture I took for proof, I would!

One time I ordered delivery and after I received my order the driver proceeded to call me more than 5 times which freaked me out.Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten friendly crust meaning they offer a GF crust but warn that there may be cross contamination

Ordered 2 Papadias50% of my order was wrong. 2 of 2 papadias did not match the label on the box. I requested Bacon, Italian sausage and onions. I received Chicken and Bacon.I called the store to advise my order was wrong and the young lady who cashed out my order in the store relayed my complaint to the lady who made my papadias. Instead of her accepting her error and offering a solution, she decided to plead her case to me via the young lady. Stating she made the order according to my request. I told her I was looking at the papadia and would take a picture. So, the young lady was used as an interpreter for us. She stopped speaking for the lady and offered a solution to redo my order and bring it to me. Thank you, Sweetheart. However, you all don't deliver to Garner, NC.The young lady had a beautiful persona and my transaction experience with her was phenomenal. The one who made my food, needs more customer service training.

I ordered a pizza online I call the Papa John's and the lady told me my pizza would be there in 1 min ... Well me nor my family ate pizza that night and for $31.58 for one large pizza and one soda the first call was at 12:00am the other no answer calls was after 12:12am smh never

Ordered an Alfredo pizza, garlic sticks and a Pepsi for pickup. Quite underwhelming. The sticks were over cooked, the soda was too flat to be new, and the pizza was - strange. Nothing tasted good or like it was made with care :/. Waste of money.

This pizza tonight so hard, it make the metal detector go off lol thin crust pizza got a little burnt. I was starving and waited to eat at end of night. I ate it anyways. Oh well. Tasted like Dijourno Dstruggle pizza.This papa John's is hit or miss.

Ordered delivery for a group while on vacation, asked for driver to call cell since delivery was at hotel. Driver did not call upon arrival and was not in lobby, left food at desk with hotel manager. Received a call 40 minutes later, accused of non payment by someone at PJ location. Advised driver was nowhere to be found, did not reach out directly and left hotel and food in the lobby before we could get down to pay. Was told driver would come back for payment, confirmed ok. Instead of calling cell, room number was call by hotel manager seeking assistance. Driver was vaping/smoking in hotel lobby and had to be asked to stop by night manager. Went back and forth regarding conflict, driver misunderstanding ticket was paid and had been calling, only 2 calls had been made from the drivers phone and they were within the minutes we were looking for them in the lobby, round 2). Cash was provided for payment, driver refused to give change (over 15$ leftover, said they had no change) and asked if money could be kept as a complementary tip. Had I not been accused of stealing due to something that was obviously their error I would have been fine, however the customer experience overall was horrible. Thankfully was able to get change from front desk. Please work on better coaching training for handling conflict/deliveries.

Looks like my pizza was used as a frisbee. Apparently Papa Johns has partnered with Door Dash. I don't use Door Dash for this exact reason. (See picture below) I ordered Papa John's because they are trusted when it comes to delivering, but not anymore

I pick up a carry out pizza once a week from this location for my boss.My boss hates waiting and this store is always quick with my order.A 15 minute wait for a pizza is perfect.I drive out of my way to come to this location even though there is a store closer to me.Great customer service!
