Very nice staff, and they work hard. But rarely are pizzas ready on time. For example, I placed order 24 hours ago for pickup at 5pm today. Was told when I went to pick them up that they were backed up and my 2 pizzas would be ready sometime btwn 15 mins to 1.5 hrs. End of conversation. Unreal. Again, I know they work hard, but what excuse is there to have no idea when a pizza order will be ready when it was placed 24 hours prior. Hoping my refund goes through properly.

I ordered pizza a month ago and it was delivered to the wrong person after being 40 minutes or so longer than it said it would be. The pizza itself was also poorly made and tasted like cardboard. My husband has allergies so he couldn’t eat dinner that night and I was very frustrated. I called in and shared my story in a kind way saying that I was just looking for answers and was told to share it with the manager. I did share the story and was told he was very sorry and that DoorDash had delivered for them and had messed it up and to call in next time we wanted pizza and we had a store credit. He was even clear not to use the app because the systems don’t talk. He was very kind and helpful and I felt frustrated that it happened but taken care.
Today I called in to use that store credit. I wanted to just reorder the same thing from that day. I called hours in advance to try and avoid it being super late. I get transferred to a manager and was told “I don’t know told you we do that but we don’t. I can’t help you.” I tried talking with them and they said “I don’t have any of the info, I can’t help you” I told them I can share order number everything but they just said you can pay for a new order but we won’t honor whoever told you that you would get credit” Honestly the tone of the 2nd manager was dismissive and rude.
I would love to have a place near by that delivers to our house. I would love a pizza place that honors its word but this place isn’t it. Look elsewhere for good pizza, to get what you ordered, to get it on time, and to not be rudely told you are wrong about everything.

This place constantly shuts down temporarily during dinner time, doesn't matter day of the week, they just decide to "temporarily shut down" driven by and they are fully staffed with people not working. Really sucks it being the only papa John's thts close by

I visited this location today and it was great. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful. The cashier was an absolute doll. She was sweet and asked me if everything looked okay with my pizza and it did. I would definitely recommend this location.

Overall, pretty good on the NY pizza. Could be a little more generous with the spinach but it was good as is. The cheese sticks are great! Chicken Parm Papa Bites are just okay and I doubt we order again. Very little to no chicken. We ordered extra food to last a couple of days as we just moved and can't find anything yet! We ordered wings. Website says 8 wings, we got 6, 5 drums and 1 flat. WTH??? Feeling cheated on this order. Not sure when we'll go back here.

I ordered the garlic crust pizza, I was made the calzone which the manager agreed yet no remake. Upsetting!
Overall, pretty good on the NY pizza. Could be a little more generous with the spinach but it was good as is. The cheese sticks are great! Chicken Parm Papa Bites are just okay and I doubt we order again. Very little to no chicken. We ordered extra food to last a couple of days as we just moved and can't find anything yet! This store was not bad in 2022. A nice lady was the manager. But now its a circus.They hired a 50IQ big guy with face tatoos and put him on cashier. U need to repeat everything 5 times because he forgets and asks againAll orders are late.I want to congratulate the manager for hiring a guy with a brain as same size as fish
