Every time I order a pizza for delivery, always be hot and fresh. Never had my order that went bad with locations. Always great service

Ordered a Shaq pizza last night. What garbage!!
So undercooked the crust seemed raw even though I asked for well done. Everything had slid off when the driver left it.
Worst pizza experience in an incredibly long time.

Food - everything was good until I noticed that both pizzas had mushrooms when I only ordered one to have it.
Service - I chose pick up since I was not too far away. Got there, nobody was at the front. Tried calling hello multiple times, hoping that someone would hear since I was standing there for 6 minutes. Had to physically call the place to see if someone would come up. Nobody did. It was until one the delivery drivers pulled up to the place and was able to help. I had to ask her if she was the only one here & she had told me, that from her own understanding she was not. She was able to give me my order, which I was extremely appreciative and left. This place will never receive my coins again.

Employees always rude. Pizza is either late OR doesn’t arrive! They blame Door Dash drivers, because they say they can never keep their own drivers employed or showing up, and are always short staffed. Terrible or non-existent management. Should have their franchise pulled.

BBQ Chicken and Bacon Papadia was a surprised flavorful creation, plenty for 2, quickly prepared and HOT! Nice job to management and staff at the Wake Forest, NC location!!

This is a great option for delivery and take out in Wake Forest. They make great pies and are quick about it on both delivery and take out. I've never been disappointed and my family prefers this one now too. Take them up on the specials on text for a delicious affordable pizza!

This PJ's location is an absolute joke. My wife ordered a thin crust pizza with little cheese at 4.45pm this afternoon. The pizza arrived at 5.30pm and was burned...I mean black all over. She called the restaurant and they said that because it was a thin crust and the pizza had little cheese, it was bound to get burned...given the setting on their ovens. So obviously they have not heard of the timing thing. They agreed to give her a new pizza order with regular crust and regular cheese...but it didn't arrive. She called at 7.15pm to determine where the pizza was and was told it was on the way. She called 10 minutes later only to be told that this was not true and that the pizza was still to be delivered. They have no idea what they are doing there...order at your peril!

This is the worst Papa John’s outlet in the triangle. Even after messing up the order the lead whoever was kinda rude. If you need a pizza I suggest any other place!!!!

I ordered a pizza 1/16/24. I got a email that it was done in about 5 minutes after ordering. I get home and the pizza is falling apart. The dough not cooked at all. Looks like it was made in the microwave. Total waste of money. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Papa John's. I tried this location with hopes of a decent pizza and just wasted my money.

Whoever the delivery guy was tonight, older gentleman... he is THE BEST. Such a positive attitude, treats you like a long time friend. Came here to leave a good review just for him!
