This PJ's location is an absolute joke. My wife ordered a thin crust pizza with little cheese at 4.45pm this afternoon. The pizza arrived at 5.30pm and was burned...I mean black all over. She called the restaurant and they said that because it was a thin crust and the pizza had little cheese, it was bound to get burned...given the setting on their ovens. So obviously they have not heard of the timing thing. They agreed to give her a new pizza order with regular crust and regular cheese...but it didn't arrive. She called at 7.15pm to determine where the pizza was and was told it was on the way. She called 10 minutes later only to be told that this was not true and that the pizza was still to be delivered. They have no idea what they are doing there...order at your peril!

This is the worst Papa John’s outlet in the triangle. Even after messing up the order the lead whoever was kinda rude. If you need a pizza I suggest any other place!!!!

I ordered a pizza 1/16/24. I got a email that it was done in about 5 minutes after ordering. I get home and the pizza is falling apart. The dough not cooked at all. Looks like it was made in the microwave. Total waste of money. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Papa John's. I tried this location with hopes of a decent pizza and just wasted my money.

The food ok but will not order delivery again. I checked the tracker to see the driver was lost. I called the store the app gave me to call, I was told they did not deliver to me. Ok someone took money… so given the run around.. told to call another store put on hold because they don’t have it…at this point I am looking up corporate. The pizza is delivered. No more Papa Johns! I recommend calling another pizza place!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered take out at 11am for 4:30pm pickup got there at 4:20 sat there until 4:54 when i just walked out. Been getting the run around about my order that said ready. The “manager” or whatever she is TJ terrible TERRIBLE customer service, i sat there patiently holding my 8 month old and i asked for a update after sitting for 35 minutes and the front counter person said he would try and get one to me in 5-10 minutes. I said if it’s going to be that much longer i would need a refund and that i had to go. TJ proceeded to catch an attitude didn’t even think to inquire into my order or assist. Trash service there was about 4 others in the lobby having the same issue. I have worked in a pizza place when i was younger and i know how busy Halloween is for pizza places but, no excuse to be that rude. Too many other places to go to then to deal with that. She needs some classes on customer service.

We order pizza on Friday nights from this location which consistently has fast service and great quality of all menu items. There are nights we place an order at 6 pm and pizza is dropped off at 6:20 pm. I’ve never experienced faster delivery service. We love this location.

I had placed an order today 6/26 and just got garlic knots. I was not home and left money under the mat because I chose to pay in cash. I left a tip online which was included in my total for the driver. But got a call randomly and was asked “no tip?” I inferred this as very rude and unprofessional. I have spent well over 200 dollars at the papa john’s, and will never be ordering again. These workers are tremendously rude.
