The first time we ordered from here, the food was decent. The second time we ordered for pick up, I got an order number, a confirmation email, and a time to pick up the pizza. We arrived at the time the email said the order would be ready and the place was closed even though the front said it should have been open for another 4+ hours. I called and no one answered. Based on other reviews, this isn’t abnormal. Doubt we’ll be back if we have to guess when they’re open.

Very disappointed!! I have ordered from Papas Pizza and Wings multiple times but this last time was the last straw for me. I ordered after a sporting a event and went to pick it up. When I arrived at the restaurant the place was shut down and it was only 8:30 p.m. When placing my order it stated that my order would be ready at 8:40 p.m. I tried to call inside the restaurant obviously noone answered. The door sign and the website both states that they were open till 10:00. I encountered another person that was there to pick up food and they assumed that since the market people don't want to work they closed early. We both left in our own cars And I tried to call the following day. Spoke to an employee that I wanted to speak with a manager and he stated that the manager was there but if I could call back tomorrow. I was a little taken back that the manager didn't want to speak with me at that given moment of my call. But I understood and I called back. When calling back I spoke with another employee that stated that he was the manager and discuss my frustration and that I would like a refund of my money that I spent since I was not able to get food. I mentioned to him that none of the signs on his door nor on the website/Google stated that they were closed every Wednesday He mentioned that he hasn't got my money from the app that I ordered through eat streets. I then proceeded to ask him for the owners name and number or if the owner could reach out to me and he said that he can't give out the information later on in our conversation he stated he was the owner and the manager and that he works for himself. I don't think the situation was handled very well I'm very disappointed that I am out of my money and food that I ordered I spent $31 for me to get nothing in return nor my money back. He was not pleasant nor polite did not know how to handle the matter being the " manager/owner" I am very disappointed in this business I will not be coming back!!

Don't waste your time on the beef and lamb gyro. It's 2 thin slices of a mystery meat, tomato, onion, cucumber sauce, and lots of large pieces of Romain lettuce to fill the flat bread. First time trying this place, I'll give it another chance, but I'll never eat a gyro there again. There aren't any tables to dine in, but a couple outside with chairs.

This here is a pizza place that serves pizza. It's about as good as you could expect at the prices you'd expect. Staff seems to have some trouble hearing and speaking, though.

If I could rate it zero stars I would, I had a horrible experience with ordering online from their website. I was not familiar with their hours but was given a pick up time that was after the restaurant had closed. Then to make matters worse when I tried to contact them about a refund I received no response. Their customer service is nonexistent and their website is broken. 0/5

Dont know why such a low average. Deserved the 5 star rating from me. For my personal likes an interests off their menu, had been spot on an quicker not to mention much tastier than drive thru fast food. Pricing? On point with a back home NY standard. Unique and extremely satasfying! Fries are great too

I feel the need to defend this place against all these negative reviews. I just moved right down the street from here and decided to try it out for the first time. The food was incredible. Crispy wings and amazing cannolis. Not to mention the prices are way below all the other competing restaurants around here. Also, this was the fastest delivery order I've ever received. No clue why everyone is complaining about delivery times. This is my new go to spot! Love it. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you.

Soooooo Good!!! Some of the best pizza in - the cheese blend, crust, and not over greasy! The cannolis, steak stromboli, and wings are good too!

The quality has dropped immensely. My boyfriend used to frequent this place and when we moved near by he introduced me to it about a year ago. At which point it was pretty good.In the past few months we’ve gone at least twice and the wings were way over cooked. The pizza was just baked enough to call it done but really could have used a few more minutes. It was also flavorless. This was both times.I’ll pay rising costs for good consistent food but at this point it’s hard to justify eating there. Which is sad considering what the restaurant used to be.

Been ordering from here for the past 3 years. Everything has been perfect except for the past few orders. I was told I would receive a refund and I still haven’t seen it. I called to ask about the refund and the guy working could barely understand English let alone speak it. We placed another $50 order the same day and the guy barely could understand my order. Seriously about to stop ordering from there. Such an inconvenience when you have hungry children. Bad businessNow I have to wait a week for my $7 refund because the owner is on (vacation) LMAO

First time visiting. This used to be a Pizza Hut location years ago right next to the Durleigh Rd Library. They have out door seating if you would like besides the options of takeout or delivery. Ordered a medium cheese pizza, cheese sticks and one gyro platter. The pizza was okay small slices typical like any of the big box pizza shops. The cheese sticks were okay. The gyro platter was pre sliced gyros served came with fries and taziki sauce and generous amount of salad. Overall food was okay edible but nothing that special to remember. Would try again in the future when in the mood.

The wings were ok. Good, but nothing crazy. But dude the steak stromboli. It was so good when I took the first bite, by myself, I said outloud "Oh my God...". Can't wait to try more stuff on their menu.
