I ordered a birthday cake yesterday. The cake has so much cream/icing, not much cake itself. I was so disappointed.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUALITY! Don’t BUY! They LIE and sell not fresh cakes! They ruin my son’s birthday! I bought 4 pieces of cake slices for our son’s fourth birthday yesterday. Two of them mold badly when I opened today morning. I asked the staff twice yesterday if the cakes were fresh. He looked at me and lied twice that they were baked in the same day. I drove home right after I bought the cakes and put them into the fridge immediately after I got home. The only reason they mold is that they are NOT FRESH AT ALL!

I was excited to finally visit this place. Upon my visit I was left very underwhelmed. If you come here make sure to take a good look at the pricing of the baked goods. You may miss it since they are listed rather small. What I got certainly was not work $8.88. The taste was underwhelming as well 🙄 The selection was very mid at best. I will not be returning that's for sure.

Bought a birthday cake here. Asked them to add HPBD on the cake, they said no cant do, can only write on the paper base. That was fine with me until I received the cake and found the writing was not with frosting but with sharpie! So much for food safety and customer service. Cake was pretty tasty though 4/5

Service is horrible - haid to wait an hour to get a morning coffee. Would help if more than 1 person was making drinks!

The service here has gone way down. I don’t see Karen anymore. I think she was the manager, when she was here service was at least efficient. I’d hate to go to another location this one is so close to my home. But today I put it in an online order and when I got here it wasn’t very busy yet no one was attending the front. Another customer had to shout to the back to have someone in the kitchen call Maria up. The associate from the kitchen tried to help me but my order which was ordered on line had not been made. I order online for a reason, to simply come in and leave to get to work. Now I understand when that can’t happen because they’re busy not days like today, when it’s incredibly slow this time of morning or inexcusable.

DOES NOT HONOR POSTED PRICES! Went in to quickly grab a sandwich that was posted as 9.99 both online and at the store. At the register they rang it in and it was 11.99. Manager refused to honor posted price. Will be reporting to attorney general scam line as this is legally known as a baiting switch and is illegal in the state of North Carolina

My first experience with Paris Baguette was at the Cary, NC location. It was a wonderful experience; food and atmosphere were very good. I had high hopes for the Brier Creek location. While the matcha latte was good and the pastry was decent, the service was horrible. The cashiers looked and acted as though they hated being at work. They barely wanted to answer my questions and acted annoyed. I will give this location one more try. If the customer service is the same, I will drive to Cary.
The food looks good but I left after seeing bugs in the displays.
