Went in for some milkshakes, paid for them, waited 15min just to find out the machine was out. I Appreciate the nice lady who refunded me. It wasn’t her fault but management needs to make sure equipment is turned on and working before selling milkshakes.

PDQ spicy chicken nuggets are the best out there. The meat is very tender and not like normal chicken nuggets. The soda machines are always lacking syrup and the Mac and cheese is not great (it was cold in the middle of the bowl).

We came here for dinner tonight. The wait was over 20 min for fast food take out... But the reason for my low review is the staff... We had to wait in our car for them to make some of the food (ok, that happens no problem)... They told me where to park... After about 7 minutes an employee runs out to our car and shoves a bag into our car while saying something we couldn't quite make out... We said thank you, and then realized it wasn't our order. When my son went back in the restaurant he could hear the employee who gave us the bag talking about us. Really terrible customer service. Also, one of the sandwiches they gave us was so covered in sauce we had to drain it over the sink... There were two extra fries in the bag so there's that.

Fried nuggets on salad were overcooked. Mediteranian salad is awesome.

PLEASE stop serving food that’s not fresh. The last 3 times we came here through the drive thru the chicken tenders and fries were not hot at all. They had to have been sitting out for a while because they weren’t even the slightest bit warm. I can’t see paying THAT much money for food that’s not fresh. It happens every time my fiancé comes here too. Please do better, PDQ.

It's funny how the management do not have a "good sign" to let people know where the restaurant is at. You cannot see the existing PDQ sign from more than 20 feet away.

PDQ used to be really good when it first came to the Triangle around 10 years ago. The staff used to be friendly and attentive, and that is no longer the

What a gem. My son and I love it here. Food doesn't taste like fast food, it is always fresh and delicious. Manager is super friendly. When my son spilled his drink she made us feel better and got him a new one.

This was our first time at the PDQ Raleigh & quite frankly the last!! The place was clean and the staff was nice. We ordered a butter chicken, original chicken with special sauce on the side, zucchini fries (extra 2.99), waffle fries, and lemonade. The chicken was freshly prepared, but lacked seasoning. I only ate half and my sister ate even less. The special sauce gave the sandwich some flavor and tasted good at first. The waffle fries were hard as rocks and the zucchini fries were seasoned well but were greasy and the breading fell off. The few good things became over shadowed by the worst thing, my sister and I both had stomach issues within 20 minutes of biting into our PDQ sandwiches. Shameful that other people didn’t review this place honestly!!!

My chicken tenders were definitely fresh made and comparable to a sit down restaurant- very good!

We went to the drive through and had to wait 17 minutes for one order of tenders and we were the only ones there. We should have just went to Chick-fil-A.

NEW Update since 4 years ago!Not any better. No one at the first window so had to order at the pick up window that has no menu. I paid $20 for 1 5 tender combo and 1 sandwich. Ridiculous pricing. Waffle fries are still terrible, bring back skinny fries!!! Menu online says 3 tenders for my sandwich and I got 2. Update your menus online Google page where people come and look! Very disappointed. Come back in another 4 years for review if they are still open.Fries werent hot and were undercooked this time so kinda sucked since took a friend here for the first time. My buffy bleu i always get had also been sitting there for some time. Lettuce was limp and chicken was warm. Bun wasnt great either.Zucchini fries were great and i highly recommend if eating there. Thats all i recommend this time. Havent eaten here in awhile, seems it went downhill.Back again today to try again 5-5-19. Food isnt as good as it used to be. Coke machines not working right, tables sticky, food was just ok. I'll try again in a month or so. Noticed the staff has changed alot here in last few months.
