Pnc arena restaurant. There for Roger Waters concert. Food was ok. Service ok
Numerous times I’ve been to the falls location and they just are horrible. On 6/27/22 they have a BOGO deal and are out of fries and Mac. Got a sandwich with a side salad and the lettuce looked old, sandwich was cold. Definitely won’t be going back.
Their drive-thru service is awful. Several times we have returned home only to find entire meals missing. When I try to call to receive a refund, no one answers the phone.
Ordered chicken tenders, got sandwiches and then when I went to get it fixed, they made me wait for everyone else's orders. Missed almost the entire first period.
$15 for a 5-pc tender and fries, about what you would expect in an arena. The reason for the poor review? In the image you can see a normal sized chicken strip (one of the smaller ones we got)... And the smallest one, which was actually just a piece of another tender that pulled apart. They counted this as a whole tender, so we got 4.25 tenders for $15. Seats are all the way on the third level, opposite side of the arena. I wasn't going to miss a whole period of hockey to get it fixed, and I guess that's probably what they were counting on.
I'm a former employee at PDQ-Falls of Neuse location in Raleigh. I worked at PDQ under the supervision of Porcha for approximately two weeks. I was never given a hairnet or a head cap. After a few weeks, I got COVID and was unable to come in to work. I was repeatedly questioned about my absence regardless of my exposure to Covid. I was still asked to come in to work after leaving the hospital on Jan 7th 2022, testing positive for Covid. Unfortunately I didn't feel well enough to come into work so I was let go. Although I was asked to come into work, I'm being required to wait an additional two weeks for my check. What's the difference in working with people's food while being covid positive and only coming in the building to pick up a check? Aside from that, my check was ALWAYS SHORT!! Dawn Lawrence (the manager/operator) who's number is +19193959474 repeatedly hung up on me and raised her voice when I called to address my check being over 20hours short with the wrong pay rate. Manager Porcha brings ALCOHOL to the store and it's often accessible to underage employees. I've personally witnessed a guy who's 17years old consume alcohol brought to work by the manager. He began messing up orders and standing still near the freezer drenched on sweat. Order your food somewhere else!!!
the staff at this restaurant was incredibly nice and helpful.
This is located inside of PNC Arena, it is not a stand alone restaurant. It's only open when there are events at the Arena.
We decided to stop by the arena on our road trip up north, and really liked the location, about 20 minutes from the city, and only 10 minutes from the airport.
Went there with family to see Sir Paul McCartney. We had seats in the upper level but the view of the stage was great. Would go there again

Went here before the Covid stay at home order was put in place. The facility was extremely cleaned and the crowd to see Billie Eilish was easily handled. A clear bag policy was in place and there was plenty of notice before you even got to the stadium about it. Parking was $30 but we walked over from the Four Points by Sheraton within 7minutes. They sold food/drinks at the arena that looked pretty good but we ate before we came so didn't try that.
Went for a concert here last week. Not impressed with this venue. First they charge THIRTY DOLLARS for parking!!!!! My hubby is 6 feet tall and was VERY uncomfortable in the small seats. Not nearly enough leg room for someone his size or taller. Not sure what the engineers were thinking when they designed this place. We will NEVER go back to this place for a concert. Very disappointed.....
I nearly injured my testes on a recent trip to the PNC arena. The chairs are painfully small. I would be willing to pay double for a larger seat. I nearly threw up when my testes were forced together trying to fit into the seat. I was uncomfortable and had to sit at an angle. My testes hurt for days.
THIS IS NOT A PDQ
Good food, clean establishment, courteous staff in a comfortable environment.
