Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

We live in the area, and are actually closer to a different location. We go out of our way to eat here, as the quality of the experience is so much better. People are friendly and attentive. Food is hot, fresh, delicious and adequate portion. We will keep going here as long as they maintain their high standards.

My son and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and were greeted by a very friendly cashier, Abby, who patiently answered questions about the menu and took our order. In between taking orders Abby helped kitchen staff prepare orders to go and checking in at tables to make sure customers had everything they desired. I was very impressed with her level of service and pleasant, friendly attitude. Good service is not something I'm used to experiencing much of anymore no matter where I go.I would give a 5 star rating for Abby and the other hustling staff but was a little less happy with the food itself. My son was satisfied with the tofu dish he ordered but the flavor of the Kung Pao chicken I ordered was not what I was expecting and tasted a little "off" to me. Also, the Crab Rangoon appetizer my son ordered came after the entrees were served, which I don't think he minded much but other people might have a problem with.

I love this restaurant and eat lunch here quite often. It is made fresh when you order and pretty quick as well. So much more enjoyable than a fast food chain. Occasionally bring the family here for dinner and everyone loves it. I like most everything on the menu but my fav is chicken pad thai and king pao shrimp

My daughter and I absolutely love this Pei Wei!! We have lunch there as often as we can on Saturdays when we are in the area from out of town. Abby and the General Manager, whose name has slipped my mind, are so friendly and helpful!

Dietary restrictions: We are grateful for the gluten free options. My daughter is so excited to be able to eat Chinese food again!

The food was great! Tyler and Abby was very nice and knowledgeable of the food! You have to stop by and visit this team! I will be coming back!

I have been eating at the Falls of Neuse location at least twice a week for over a year now, and they've never let me down. The food is spectacular, employees go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and the facility is kept nice and orderly. Be sure to stop by if you're looking for dependable, healthy, and flavorful asian inspired food.

The service is great, good food, it was made very fast. The cashier Robin was very nice and helpful.

I asked for a hot sauce and received an answer that I did not expect to hear

I ordered a take out order with multiple gluten free items. The items were not labeled correctly and after I returned home this was discovered. An attempt to contact the store was met with a "whoops" response. When you have a family member with dietary allergies this "whoops" isn't satisfactory. I should have checked before I left but the store was not busy and I made a bad assumption. I am more upset with the "whoops" response concerning allergy food and the "pretty sure" it was gluten free (as was ordered and on the reciept)..

Dietary restrictions: I would not trust the restaurant with food allergies.

The food was really good and tasty. I liked how the crew worked together with each other and great team work. They was busy and they got the food out fast and very tasty. Will definitely eat there again. Thanks guys, did a great job.

This is one of my go-tos when I’m craving some Asian fare. It’s always tasty and the service is quick.My only gripe lately is that the curbside service isn’t very… well curbside. Both times I’ve used it so far, nobody answers the text system and I end up going inside. Obviously not a big deal, but certainly not curbside. This most recent time, someone finally did answer the text, but it was two hours later and I had already finished my meal! Lol.That aside, this a a great place for some quick and great tasting Asian food. I usually stick with the Pad Thai, chicken fried rice or the chicken lo mein. Oh and the crab wontons are pretty good too.

I ordered a bowl of shrimp fried rive. The food was an eyesore. Soggy rice with terrible taste.

portion is sooooooooo small. don't order online, they will rob you.

Very impressed with the cleanliness, the kind attitude of the employees, and the great food. To the extent that this place was formerly poorly managed, they appear to have addressed any of those shortcomings. Wish we lived closer and we’d become regulars! Matt is doing a great job!

I loved the vegetarian option, had sesame tofu! Really good, and also had veggie spring rolls. What I don’t love was the presentation of the rolls, they were given in a bag and we dined in.
