Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

My husband had a colonoscopy nearby and once we were finished he said “I want Pei Wei” so we stopped there to eat. We ordered crab wontons and 2 entrees. Everything was tasty. I added broccoli to my chicken dish. I wish they had more veggies in their dishes. Other reviews seem hit or miss but like I said our experience was great. The manager was there and stopped by our table to check in on us, nice touch. She even shared some free donuts with us. She seemed to really care about her restaurant and her customers; not very common lately. It definitely made our day.

Never been to a Pei Wei before. Had the firecracker chicken. Absolutely amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Came in to grab a bite on a Sunday, my order was quickly taken and made. Although it seemed a bit understaffed with only two visible workers, one cook & one FOH worker the food still came out quickly. The man in FOH was working very hard handling two tasks at once and I thought it deserved recognition, keep up the good work!

I have ordered delivery (11/23/24 Mgr. JOSH) and take out (11 29/24) from this location. I ordered the same thing: Fried Crab Wonton, Pork Egg Roll, Steamed vegetables. Both meals were excellent, consistently cooked and the best in over 2 years! The steamed vegetables are crisp! The pork egg roll has lots of meat and tastes wonderful! I will never order Crab Wonton from any other place—real crab, thin crispy wrapper and delicious! 10 stars!

I consider this FAST Food but a much better choice than most others. Made to order in short time. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Atmosphere is simple but gave 4 stars for cleanliness.

Terrible customer service I am from out of town visit the mall for a small shopping spree decided to grab a bite in the food court I have never experienced power food so I decided to to go ask for sample of steak they said they were only sampling chicken dishes but I had a taste for steak and asked for that and rice no other meat but she said 2 or 3 and I just got double steak so I can cash out so I was charged the extra 2$ for steak twice cause I got it twice no where does it say up charge on menu but ok so I cash out sit at the table to eat and it tasted terrible was like they burnt it so I take it back to ask for another meat hell chicken can’t be worse she gonna tell me no that’s what I chose wtf never will they get anymore money from me server apologized but that cashier lady was rude and told the server to go back to wrk I know she is a pain to work with I pray for the workers
