Pei Wei seems to have many of the challenges that most restaurants have post-covid; they dont have enough staff (they had one cashier who also handled the food serving duties), and 1 cook, and someone who appeared to be a shift Manager. They were all friendly enough, but they were struggling to keep up. There were only a handful of customers in the dining room, but they must do a lot of take-out orders because they were cooking a lot. It took much longer than expected to get...

My online delivery order was initially missing part of the order when it was dropped off. I called to speak with the manager and she went out of her way to personally deliver it to my house and even threw in an extra item. They were very kind and were eager to make it right.
