As always, I love Peking Garden. It doesn't matter if I order online for a delivery, or stop in for dinner. Well worth the 20 mile drive!

Great atmosphere, love the fresh roses on the tables and my 2 year old loves the fish pond. When we order delivery, Stephanie usually answers the phone and is extremely helpful, friendly and is polite. Delivery is quick, food is hot and delicious. I definitely recommend eating in or take out!

It is so rare to find a really great quality local restaurant. There are so many large chain “cookie cutter†restaurants nowadays that rely on gimmicks rather than great food in a pleasant atmosphere! Peking Garden has been a Raleigh landmark for almost 30 years, but has continued to offer some of the finest Asian cuisine, in a quiet relaxing atmosphere, with a diversified menu, and the finest personal service to be found anywhere. Last night we enjoyed one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Our server was quiet and unobtrusive, but genuinely interested in anticipating our every need. When asked, she supplied information about menu items, offered excellent suggestions, and offered impeccable service. It is such a joy to be able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing dinner, made with the finest ingredients ( no cheap shortcuts found here), with no blaring music or repetitive menu like the ones found in so many Raleigh restaurants. This is a restaurant that will definitely be seeing more of us, and I highly recommend it as a breath of fresh air to anyone who loves good food. Don't expect “bells and whistle.†Investment at Peking Garden is spent on excellent food , not gimmicks to get your attention or entertain you. Enjoy your great meal!!

I've eaten a lot of very good Chinese food all over the southeastern United States. Peeking Garden is some of the very best I have eaten. I have been frequenting Peking Garden for 25 years. The restaurant uses superior ingredients in the preparation of their dishes. Prices are in-line with good restaurants in our area The staff is “bend over backward†accommodating and the atmosphere is civilized and peaceful. The menu selection is extensive and inviting. This is no run-of-the-mill restaurant. Peking Garden is also superior to all Chinese chain restaurants.

Yes, do order this food for takeout! I have been going to another place for a few years and decided to try it as a new place after seeing a recommendation for it. From the moment I called, I knew I would like this place. Stephanie was personable and polite. She called me by name on the phone. When I arrived for pickup, she addressed me by name and knew my order right away. While paying, she told me more about the restaurant and ingredients used. I was impressed. However, the food is delicious!! I had the Black Pepper Steak Dinner which is HUGE for the price. I highly recommend and would like to make this my new go to place.

Imperial chicken, sesame chicken General Tso and Chicken and Broccoli are AMAZING! The food tastes fresher than your average chinese place. Inviting sit down restaurant.
