Wish we had one near us in the spring lake/Lillington area. We love our sno cones and the vibe here is perfect. An amazing play area for the children. Easy parking. Next to a bowling lanes for your bathroom needs. We love that we get points too when you sign in with your phone number.

Pelican’s SnoBalls in Raleigh is one of our favorite spots! There are tons of flavor options to choose from (including sugar-free!), and the service is always fast. The place is bright, colorful, and super inviting, with a cute little playground that’s perfect for kids. We love the big pelican chair — it’s a must for photos! There’s plenty of parking, and the whole setup just makes it such a fun, easy outing. We keep coming back and love everything about it!

I love Pelican’s I have been going there for years. This visit on Sunday March 23 around 4pm EST was my first time at this location. I’m disappointed in the service and hospitality that I received from this location. There was a blonde hair in my snow ball. I have black hair so it absolutely was not mine. I showed the hair to the girl with brown hair and blonde streaks named Mia and she was very unapologetic and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Mia said it didn’t belong to her because she just started her shift and maybe it came from the guy with blonde hair who was there before her. I threw my snow ball away and was given another one but customer service like that makes you not want to come back. Also, you guys should think about getting hairnets.

The shaved ice is really good! I always enjoy the vibe of the place but today, whoever was working was a little rude to me and my partner. Overall i definitely recommend pelicans!

They were closed but after bowling my grandson just wanted to clown around a bit. Clean and fun little area.
Always a fun buy for myself and the pups. They love the pup cups (especially once melted a bit, what weirdo's haha). Unicorn is always tasty but they have so many good flavors.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for MONTHS. Pelicans has never disappointed me. The shaved ice is quality, the flavors are amazing, and the custard is soo good! I’ve had a rough pregnancy these last 8.5 months and Pelicans has really saved my life many days LOL. Thank you! I’m forever a fan
