request for no ham/sauce must not have been heard, and a little disappointed by the switch to slices of pepperoni from the thicker strips

Had to leave. Worker was either smoking in the restaurant or at the back door with it open. Not the first time I’ve been here where this happened.

Staff were pleasant and quick with service. Grinder was lacking so little meat on it. The faxt that I asked for lettuce made it seem like I bought a lettuce grinder and not a Philly Cheesesteak

I’m absolutely infuriated. I went in there and I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions and two banana peppers. They gave me nothing except a little bit of meat on wheat bread which I never ordered wheat bread. I’m livid. I’ve tried to call them back multiple times and they just hang up on me or put me to fax machine.. What a waste of $13 in this economy and they obviously don’t give a crap because they’re trying not to answer their phones but it’s OK I’ll be. I’ll be calling back tomorrow and be asking for a refund because this is disgusting. my best friend got her food before me and her food was ordered after mine and I didn’t understand cause I looked at the lady and I said hey is my food coming up and she said oh what food and then she goes oh your order for Amber and I said yes I asked for mushrooms I asked for banana peppers. And I asked for onions do you see any of that on my sub absolutely not so now I’ve spent $15 and I don’t have dinner And yes, I’m counting the gas. It cost me to get there and back because it’s all cost.

Some of the best Subs around! I had the Philly and a small frie, I had the pizza sauce on it, YUMMY😋

Twice ordered through DD. Barely any meat on the sandwich. Just saw from previous comments, that I’m not alone in this, which is why I decided to leave a review. would not recommend ordering pickup from here. The food is good but the lack of meat is unacceptable for the price.

Sandwich was excellent and I really liked the bread. Definitely give this place a high recommendation and I'll be back.

How long does it take to make a single sandwich?

I am unsure of the cleanliness of the entire kitchen because they have a high counter covering most of the kitchen area. The part that I did see was not clean.

Update 12/10/24 It's been 4 years since I've eaten here so because I like Penns cheese steaks I came back however, still not improved. the sandwich had very little meat or cheese it was approimate 5,1/4 inches had pieces of meat all over the outer bread ir was very hastily thrown together and I paid $8.11 for this sandwich😔 I tried Penn Station on falls of Nuese raleigh but I won't be back. end of update. I took a pic I wish I could post it.
I like this place but the fries are mostly burned and the 6 inch subs are not quite 6 inches for the price but they are good.

word of advice dont order here close to closing. I spent almost $20 on the sub and it was missing the meat and cheese. No BACON no turkey and basically no veggies and i ordered extra of everything. Yall should really be ashamed. I am disabled cant drive and was super hungry and I basically got bread. smh. picture was taken after i cut a piece, bit it, and needed to figure out why i only could basically taste bread. Wish I could give them a ZERO. going to post my review on google too because this is messed up. Food is too expensive to play with peoples money!

Best Penn Station I've been too, and it's a favorite for sure! Literally went 3 days in a row it was so good! Very clean, friendly manager and staff! They always hit!
