Penn Station East Coast Subs

Someone suggested I try it. Im from Jersey and I love a sub sandwich! Kept it simple and ordered a turkey Dagwood. The bread was very tasty. HOWEVER, 30 minutes after finishing most of the sandwich, my stomach started cramping 😫 😩. Diarrhea set in soon after! It was the only meal I had that day along with the fries. I was so sick! Never again, I'll stick with Jersey Mike's.

Spent $66 here on August 15th @2pm, never ever again!
Subs wont right, cant follow directions
Eating nothing but bread, barely no protein or toppings
Sandwich was flat
Lemonade wasn't even good
This was the first time ever that this location upset me
I wont spend another dime here

The food is great but it’s hotter in there than it is outside I see why the lobby is empty

I came in today with my family to get those famous cheesesteaks (they we’re amazing) but it was so hot in there I had to ask to turn the air on and Jasper (very nice guy) told me he can’t change the air as he was sweating bullets, so I had to take my food to go.

Had to leave. Worker was either smoking in the restaurant or at the back door with it open. Not the first time I’ve been here where this happened.

Staff were pleasant and quick with service. Grinder was lacking so little meat on it. The faxt that I asked for lettuce made it seem like I bought a lettuce grinder and not a Philly Cheesesteak

I’m absolutely infuriated. I went in there and I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions and two banana peppers. They gave me nothing except a little bit of meat on wheat bread which I never ordered wheat bread. I’m livid. I’ve tried to call them back multiple times and they just hang up on me or put me to fax machine.. What a waste of $13 in this economy and they obviously don’t give a crap because they’re trying not to answer their phones but it’s OK I’ll be. I’ll be calling back tomorrow and be asking for a refund because this is disgusting. my best friend got her food before me and her food was ordered after mine and I didn’t understand cause I looked at the lady and I said hey is my food coming up and she said oh what food and then she goes oh your order for Amber and I said yes I asked for mushrooms I asked for banana peppers. And I asked for onions do you see any of that on my sub absolutely not so now I’ve spent $15 and I don’t have dinner And yes, I’m counting the gas. It cost me to get there and back because it’s all cost.

Some of the best Subs around! I had the Philly and a small frie, I had the pizza sauce on it, YUMMY😋

Twice ordered through DD. Barely any meat on the sandwich. Just saw from previous comments, that I’m not alone in this, which is why I decided to leave a review. would not recommend ordering pickup from here. The food is good but the lack of meat is unacceptable for the price.

Sandwich was excellent and I really liked the bread. Definitely give this place a high recommendation and I'll be back.
