Penn Station East Coast Subs

I’ve gone here twice. The first time I got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was no turkey on the sub. The second time I ordered a club and got an Italian. There were 5 orders behind me and they all got theirs before me as well. I waited for 45 minutes for the wrong sandwich.

Normally the service is good, but today there was a 35 minute difference in pickup time and when I got my food. Even though I was waiting for a while, staff didn't acknowledge the wait until they gave me my food. I love coming here but not if the wait is going to be like this again

Currently recovering from the worst food I ate in a long time, my stomach is so sick. Food was too greasy, it wasn't even the right order, and the fries were unedible due to the copious amounts of salt. Definetely ask to not have the fries salted at all.

Food was trash. I ordered a cheese steak and it was not good. It was over seasoned and I was not aware that it was cooked on the grill and went into a toaster to finish cooking. The cook made my cheesesteak wrong then made a new one but he redropped my fry I guess to have them hot and they were over cooked and trash.

The staff was very kind and the subs are pretty good. But if you’re in a hurry… stay away? Their process for making the subs takes 10-15 minutes.

Love both their hot and cold subs and the fact that you can get fries and/or potatoes chips ??. The Chicken salad is a personal favorite, but you can't go wrong with their Philly steak and cheese. The staff have always been super friendly and down to earth, which is nice :). It can get a little loud depending on the time of day, since you're right by main campus.

Parking: They have a garage you can park in, which is free for customers. Street parking can be a bit of a nightmare.

Hot or cold.. the subs are so good.. definitely recommend hot fries but you do you ??. The Chicken salad is a personal favorite, but I can recommend their Turkey and Philly too :). The staff are super friendly too, which is always a plus.

I walked in to order an artichoke sub and the woman who was supposed to take my order was streaming to twitch and not paying any attention. The man working in the back had to come and take my order. I told him twice not to put any mayo on my sub and he confirmed it. The Twitch lady took about 20 minutes to make the sub and absolutely covered it in mayo. Never coming back

Great food, great prices and great customer service. Regan was super sweet and helpful. Penn station is one of the only other sandwich places ik of that serves fries. That alone is worth the visit but Regan’s friendly attitude sealed the deal! Keep up the good work!

The gentleman at the counter acted like it was more of an aggravation to serve me than anything else. The sub was certainly not the best I’ve had, but the prices are reasonable all in all I wouldn’t rate it as much, and I understand why there are not more of these down here. Certainly not my go to sub shop.
