We made a reservation online through open door- at 5:15 PM for 5:45 PM on Saturday- I've done this for other restaurants- I use the open door app specifically for this- find a restaurant that has a short wait- and go there. We showed up at 5:40 PM- and were informed that they were NOT going to honor our reservation, and that we would have to wait an hour and twenty minutes to get a table. Frankly- what is the point of using the open door app at that point? It seems like an abuse of customers- and frankly- I won't be back to this location. Parking is difficult on a good day. And to not have our reservation honored? No thank you. I'll go elsewhere. Others should know their reservations won't be honored either.

Food was so delicious, not very clean under tables but host sweep for us, tables are so close you cant hear yourself, but as night fall the atmosphere was little better...overall the food helped

Walter our server was Great! He gave it the Stars ratings. The food was subpar, table was sticky along with the menus. Every time we go feels more like a sit down Panda Express, or a restaurant in a mall (food court). We go once a year when we come to Raleigh , but we might go to cheese factory instead.

Had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time for a table. After that the food and experience was great

PF Chang's has gone downhill since the early days. My niece loves it though, so we took her. One of our soup orders was 20 minutes late. The rest of us ate our soup while my husband waited and waited. I asked for well done salmon, and it was raw in the middle and fishy. My husband's too. Drinks took forever to be refilled, and my niece even had to go to the front desk to ask for her drink to be refilled because she couldn't eat her spicy food without it and the waitress was too busy. She waited 15 minutes before she could begin eating her meal. I could go on, but I'll stop here.

We made reservations for 4 on Christmas Eve at 6:30. Upon arrival we were told there would be a wait and that they couldn't tell us how long it would be. At 7:15 we could no longer wait and had to leave without being seated. There were many people who a similar experience. The restaurant way over booked their reservations that evening. The front desk staff told us the company policy is to over booked their reservations by 20%. While that may be good for the business it ruined our dinner plans, and those of others, that night. I find this completely unacceptable and will not dine here in the future.

We used to love PF Chang’s for their food, service and atmosphere. Food at this locations was mid; the service was atrocious :) the hostess appeared to be on a personal call and made us wait for several uncomfortable minutes before she hung up the call (12/8/2025). After hanging up she picked up two menus and without any words led us to our table. Cold 😕! No silverware 😳. The server was actually pretty sweet. We got hit tea (was just warm), soup (almost cold), pork egg rolls (ok), broccoli chicken (ok) and king pao chicken (terrible - over fried)! I guess PF Chang’s no longer wants my business!

The food was great as always, and I truly appreciated the level of service we received. The restaurant was extremely busy with the holiday season kicking off, and the waiting line was fairly long, but thankfully we had a reservation. Even with wait times running around 30–45 minutes, it felt normal for this location and the time of day.

I’m grateful to have been able to enjoy a meal here with my daughters. The staff handled the rush well, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything we ordered was delicious. I just wanted to leave a positive review to recognize the team for their hard work during such a busy season.

Highly recommend.

My family came down from Canada to spend the holidays with us. We were given a wait time of 35-45 minutes. We waited an hour. I asked the hostess to confirm, she stated we were assigned a table ,however we have to wait for the current party to move because they’ve been at the table for almost two hours and they have to get up. I’m not exactly sure what that meant, why it wasn’t already done or what that had to do with us, but we ended up leaving.

Food was just ok. Didn't have any real flavor. Not as good as I remember. Service was ok. Price point was decent. Drinks were good. Dessert was delicious. Restaurant floor needed cleaning. Several spots were left with food on them over a 2 1/2-hour timeframe.
