Went with family for my birthday and the manager wanted to split us hl, then she kept lying when asked about it, she put us at a table where we were sitting 9n top of each other and one guest had to stand, not to mention we had reservations and there was another large party that didn't experience that treatment. Hate to use the race card but she did, we where black and the other party was white. IThe manager ended up walking away from our table and never returned with a solution... Horrible experience, won't be going back .

To not accommodate a reservation that was made a week prior-to to a walk in is outrageous !
Lauren (manager) showed no sympathy or care to our party!

Let me start by saying if you are coming here to celebrate any occasion pick another location.

Lauren Goslen who is the Asst Manager is rude and condescending. We had a reservation for over a week for 15 guest. When we arrived we asked can we be seated due to my elderly grandmother sitting by the door and the cold air was bothering her.

After some pushback from the staff they could clearly see I wasn't going to budge and proceeded to get our table ready.

While I'm watching them prepare our table another party of the exact same size came in and then took the seats we were going to get. We were then told we can be split and when tables become free we can move back to one group.

This is poor customer service. I visit many food places and this is one place I will never visit again.

PF CHANG YOU CAN THANK POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS, POOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION, OVERALL POOR SERVICE, AND Lauren Goslen!

It’s been years since I’ve dined at P.F. Chang’s and my latest visit has me wanting more! For starters my bf and I ordered the BBQ Spare Ribs that were so good I forgot to get a picture lol. I would certainly order those again. My main was the Crispy Honey Chicken with Lo Mein noodles. I liked my meal but I would try something different next time. The Sesame Beef that my bf ordered was even better, especially paired with the Fried Rice side. I will be ordering the latter on my next visit here. We dined on a Sunday night, an hour or so before closing, so it was not busy at all. Our service was good but would’ve been great if our waitress hadn’t forgotten the bowl of soup I ordered but it was fine because I was so full after eating our app and entree and they did sincerely apologize so all is well. I do look forward to eating here again soon and since I am not from the area it makes for a special treat. I highly recommend this P.F. Chang’s location.

Food is great but vibe is weird. Loud music made it hard to have conversations.

I would have to say the functionality was off. Our appetizer came after our main course arrived. The restaurant looked kind of dirty. The food was subpar. The orange chicken wasn't balanced in flavor as there was extremely too much orange flavor so it taste sour. My wife had fried rice which was okay in flavor...not enough seasoning. The refreshers were the star of the meal though. The waiter was very polite.

Disappointing Experience at P.F. Chang’s

I recently dined at P.F. Chang’s Raleigh NC and was extremely disappointed. The service was superb, With along wait times and inattentive staff. Worse, the food did not meet the usual P.F. Chang’s standards—everything tasted bland, overcooked, and lacked the fresh flavors I’ve come to expect. This was a far cry from the quality I’ve previously enjoyed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Not much has changed in the interior but the food is still great, the service satisfactory and the prices high but not out of the expected range these days.

Parking: Plenty of seats mid-day. A nice place to pause during or wrap up after shopping. The larger department stores are restocked and not busy mud-day, mid-week.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. My waitress, Kay, got my order wrong and incomplete three times. When I politely corrected her, she responded with rudeness and a bad attitude. She even slammed my food on the table when she finally brought it out.

To make matters worse, her nails were extremely long—some were missing, and one ended up in my food. When I pointed it out, she became defensive instead of apologizing. I spoke to the manager about the situation, but they were completely indifferent.

The worst part? I have a nut and seafood allergy, and despite not ordering anything with those ingredients, that’s exactly what she served me. This is beyond unacceptable. Sometimes, it’s not just about the quality or quantity of the food—it’s about the service, and here, the service is absolutely awful. I will never eat here again.

Service and the vibe of the place is very nice but the food is pretty disappointing it's not that bad some people would like it but if you want anything remotely authentic this is not for you, I guess that's the appeal of it though.

On my birthday, we had lunch here. We had already reserved a table. The waitress who served us wasn't nice and didn't even give the kids water. When we asked for it, she didn't show up. We asked another waiter for the water. At another table, she was talking nicely, smiling, and even packing food for them, but at our table, she didn't even crack a smile. We waited for a long time for other orders and refills. This ruined my birthday. I don't usually complain, but her service and behavior today weren't okay. We stopped going to P.F. Chang after this incident. I prefer to go to the Durham location rather than the Raleigh location.
