The server's customer service was outstanding. The food served at P.F. Chang's is consistent regardless of the location.

Although we had a reservation and the restaurant was only 1/3 full we had to wait to be seated for a while and our server took a while to greet us even though attended a table next to us. PFC used to be really enjoyable ... it's gone downhill sadly.

Arrived 15 minutes early and was told they wouldn't be able to seat us until our reservation time. Ok, no problem. They verified my phone number. We found 2 seats at the bar. Bartender, Brian, was great. Were at the bar past our time and never got paged. Decided to eat at bar. Brian made our experience exceptional! Food was great, service was excellent! They never paged us.

Food was good except the California Roll which tasted off. Service was fair as had to ask for my appetizer and ordered an appetizer as a meal which came before the meal. Definitely a major step down in service from what we have experienced in the past.

Pricey for Asian fare, but food was mostly good. Wonton soup not up to par to what it was in years' past. Overall a good experience.

Definitely an improved Crabtree mall location. The food was pretty good except for the spring roll. Took one bite and no thank you to wanting more. Flavor and ingredients need a redo. Beef and broccoli was good as were the pork dumplings. Hot and sour soup was delish.

It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. We had a reservation and checked in at the front desk upon arrival. However, after seeing multiple parties without reservations being seated ahead of us, I approached the hostess to ask about our status—only to find out she had never even checked us in, despite saying she would. We ended up waiting for over an hour with a reservation. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of organization and poor customer service.

Great food and service, as always. It's a favorite of ours because we can always count on a good meal.

Went with family for my birthday and the manager wanted to split us hl, then she kept lying when asked about it, she put us at a table where we were sitting 9n top of each other and one guest had to stand, not to mention we had reservations and there was another large party that didn't experience that treatment. Hate to use the race card but she did, we where black and the other party was white. IThe manager ended up walking away from our table and never returned with a solution... Horrible experience, won't be going back .

To not accommodate a reservation that was made a week prior-to to a walk in is outrageous !
Lauren (manager) showed no sympathy or care to our party!

Let me start by saying if you are coming here to celebrate any occasion pick another location.

Lauren Goslen who is the Asst Manager is rude and condescending. We had a reservation for over a week for 15 guest. When we arrived we asked can we be seated due to my elderly grandmother sitting by the door and the cold air was bothering her.

After some pushback from the staff they could clearly see I wasn't going to budge and proceeded to get our table ready.

While I'm watching them prepare our table another party of the exact same size came in and then took the seats we were going to get. We were then told we can be split and when tables become free we can move back to one group.

This is poor customer service. I visit many food places and this is one place I will never visit again.

PF CHANG YOU CAN THANK POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS, POOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION, OVERALL POOR SERVICE, AND Lauren Goslen!

It’s been years since I’ve dined at P.F. Chang’s and my latest visit has me wanting more! For starters my bf and I ordered the BBQ Spare Ribs that were so good I forgot to get a picture lol. I would certainly order those again. My main was the Crispy Honey Chicken with Lo Mein noodles. I liked my meal but I would try something different next time. The Sesame Beef that my bf ordered was even better, especially paired with the Fried Rice side. I will be ordering the latter on my next visit here. We dined on a Sunday night, an hour or so before closing, so it was not busy at all. Our service was good but would’ve been great if our waitress hadn’t forgotten the bowl of soup I ordered but it was fine because I was so full after eating our app and entree and they did sincerely apologize so all is well. I do look forward to eating here again soon and since I am not from the area it makes for a special treat. I highly recommend this P.F. Chang’s location.

Food is great but vibe is weird. Loud music made it hard to have conversations.

I liked being able to make a reservation at Crabtree so I knew I would be able to have lunch when I wanted to there. The restaurant was not crowded so my reservation probably was not necessary. We had a quiet leisurely lunch. The food was fine, but nothing special
