This pho place is super good! Never disappoints! You can seat yourself and they assist you right away. I definitely recommend 🍜

Used to love this place and I totally understand when it gets busy but I placed an order at 2 pm on their website after getting voicemail a couple of times trying to order for pickup and it said it would be delivered 2:43 pm (7 min away restaurant) so seemed like a fair estimate if it was busy (normally I call in and it says 15 ish min till ready). I called back at 3 asking for an update and they said 15 min, at 3:30 I called again and they just finished it. I didn’t get my order till 4 - 2 hrs after I ordered. If I had known and the estimate was right that would’ve been fine but I chose them while I was at work - and if I had known the true wait time I could’ve chosen an alternative place to eat at.

Ordered my food online at 332p 20 to 40 minute wait . Get there took 50 minutes once I got my food. It was hard and burnt like beef jerky. Sent it back only to wait another 20 minutes for one piece of pork chop. Pho Far East best in town hands down but they were closed. Customers who sat down to eat after me left before me. Over an hr wait for some broth and burnt pork is ridiculous.

We ate here last Tuesday. We truly appreciate Vietnamese Cusine. Staffs are helpful.
However, the waiting time for a plate of Vietnamese broken rice & a bowl of special Pho was too long (~30mins). When we finally received our dishes, they tasted quite upset (as the grilled meat pork was not well grilled enough, the quality of soup is common). Overall experience is moderate & a little bit upset. We hope the speed to process order can be faster.

We’ve tried a few Pho restaurants in the triangle.
This one is the best! The broth was excellent, the noodles very tasty. All the condiments were already on the table. Large selection. Large servings. We all left full and happy!
The waiter was on the spot and everyone was very friendly. The food fresh and hot.
We had the spring rolls as an appetizer and even split one of their sandwiches just to try afterwards.
EVERYTHING was excellent!!!!

Like the people but inconsistent. You pay $16 for dac biet and get half a meatball and the tiniest portion of beef you've ever seen

Every single time we go I get the Phở. I got one for there and one Togo for later. My fiance had gotten the pad thai with a bah mi Togo.

Possibly the best Pho in the Triangle!! It's delicious! The outside doesn't look like anything special, but greatness often comes in humble packaging. And this Pho hits the spot!

This is a great place that I have been to a few times now. It have gotten many dishes here and enjoyed all of them. My only complaint is that the food takes a while to come out.

Best pho in the town.

Be aware, if you order online and have a problem with the door dash delivery, you're out of luck because it goes through their door dash account, not yours, so if food is missing or not delivered you cant receive any type of refund.

Edit: Owner, you are missing the point and not actually understanding the problem. Instead of making a damage control reply please understand the problem.

A customer cannot get customer service with door dash like you said because the door dash account is from the store. When you order delivery on your website it does not state you are using door dash until after you take our payment. I did not have a bad experience with door dash, I had a bad experience with you. Normally when a store chooses to use door dash as a delivery method the customer is typically sent to the door dash app where they use their own account. Your website does not do that and is very misleading. You also have very bad customer service in the store when I tried to resolve the problem. A younger gentleman that works their spoke and looked at me like he wanted to fight me just because I wanted to resolve this problem.

Super Pho 9 is my go-to spot for pho! The prices are fair and the food is always excellent. The staff are consistently friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant itself is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re craving great pho in a welcoming atmosphere!
