Hate leaving negative reviews but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with takeout here.

Both times, I placed an order over the phone- the person who answered made sure to double check my order, asked to confirm which proteins I wanted with which dishes, etc., so the call was great. The phone order ended with the employee asking for my name and number, and telling me the total. I would say it was a pretty detailed and long call… however, both times, my order was never placed into the system. I would arrive to pick it up and my order never existed to them.

To make matters worse, they were so unapologetic and told me to “just place the order now and we’ll try to make it fast.” There’s a reason why I placed the order ahead of time, so for them to shrug it off like it’s not a big deal without even offering an apology or making efforts to amend the situation, was a horrible experience. I wanted to give them some grace because people have bad days, but this is the second time, and this time all of the employees had the same rude attitude towards us.

The pho tasted okay. Broth was too oily, and I was very thirsty afterwards. Portion was very good though.

You order at the front, and there aren't a million options so it was pretty smooth and easy. Parking is easy to find outside since it's in a large shopping center. Prices are also fair. The restaurant is a bit tight though, and the seating isn't especially comfortable. However I would come again if I'm just looking for a quick, easy meal of pho.

Great service in this fast casual restaurant. The tofu salad noodle bowl was delicious!

I normally give the fried rice a 4.2-4.5/5 but I’ve recently ordered the steak fried rice today and it was very different. The steak was overcooked, the dish was under seasoned, and overall the dish was very bland.

I really hope that they didn’t change the recipe because I’d normally say that PhoXpress has one of the best fried rice in the triangle.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. I placed a pickup order for spring rolls and was completely ignored when I arrived. The staff member at the register looked at me but never greeted or assisted me, only acknowledging Asian customers. I had to go behind the counter to get my own food! As I was leaving, the same staff member finally spoke—only to say something rude.

To make matters worse, when I called to speak with the manager, they were unapologetic and dismissive. If I hadn’t ordered through Uber Eats, I would have returned the food. Unfortunately, the spring rolls weren’t even good—definitely not worth the poor treatment. I won’t be coming back.

Waited over 50 minutes for take out vegetable pho and they lost the order. Unless you have all night I would not recommend.

Was our absolute go to for pho! Change of ownership in 2024 —-> change in recipes. Pho veg broth has since lost the robust flavor. The tofu spring rolls no longer have cilantro, mint, basil…. Happy for the new owners but please bring back the flavors and herbs!!

I’m Vietnamese and I have to say this is much much better than expected. I was quite skeptical but I think this is one of the most underrated Pho places. Although there are better places near DT Raleigh, I’d have to say it’s in the top 5 Pho places here. Service is quick and space is small but never had an issue finding a table. Can’t say much about other menu items but their Pho has been consistently good.

Got the grilled pork noodle bowl and it came with a fresh side of food poisoning. Yay, lucky me. Thank god my kids and pregnant wife didn’t get it. Can’t wait to NOT go back to this place. Boooooo

Ordered the pho house special soup and it was raw, like not cooked and mixed in with cooked meat. The meatballs was cooked

Some of the chicken was hot and some was cold like they warmed it up in the microwave. It definitely wasn’t made fresh .

I just got some bubble tea because I had to leave quickly. It has a nice atmosphere inside, so I want to come back with a friend to enjoy a meal
