Literally the Slowest restaurant in Brier Creek.And funny thing is name Express which means fast , no wait :)))If u order online weekdays wait time is minimum 20 minutes.If u order on weekends minimum wait time is 45 minutes. And the owner lady always lies by saying "5 minutes ready"

I'm from the Detroit area. First, the ambiance is wonderful. I eat Pho all the time in my area. The broth is very flavorful - stayed hot till the last spoonful. The noodle bowl with fresh veggies, meats, and spring rolls. The food was fresh and delicious.

I love this place. I used to come quite a bit when I lived in Raleigh. Now that I’ve moved, I still occasionally make the trek over because I love and miss it. I tried the tofu noodle salad bar this time, and it was exquisite. The pho is always delicious.

Chicken pho is always my go to when I’m sick, and so I asked my partner to pick some up on his way home from work. Usually I expect pretty bland, dry chicken in chicken pho but this chicken was amazing so well seasoned and cooked! The broth was delicious and the noodles were the best I’ve had. Will absolutely return here over and over for pho!!
