We came by on Sunday and the sign said closed, but the staff came out to tell us they were open. I'm so glad, because the place was great. Pumpkin chocolate chip muffin and coffee were great, but the vibe was awesome. And it's a running store!

I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance of 2 coffee shops and a bakery that serves coffee. Pine State is always my go-to! Awesome coffee, great vibes, lovely people.

Absolute gem in Raleigh. The coffee was so good, I bought some to take home with me. Lars is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this laid-back place. They also sell beer and cider!

A nice small coffee shop near downtown. The coffee is delicious, but pretty pricey. A bag of coffee is $23…
The decor is interesting as this place doubles as a running shoe store.

Great coffee and service - this is in the same space as Runologie so you can shop for sports clothing / shoes at the same time! Really enjoyed my honey cinnamon iced latte and cinnamon pull apart.

Such a lovely, peaceful coffee shop.
Best coffee in town. Best beans in town. Maybe the best in the world - but who am I to judge ?

I ordered a hot vanilla latte, and it was one of the worst I've ever had. The milk/froth game is not good at all. They don't know what they're doing. The espresso didn't taste good either. They want $22+ for their bags of undated coffee beens... the guys that hang out there make you worried about the future of the male race of actual men..Also, almost $8 for that latte is robery.

This is a really cool coffee shop. You can shop for some new shoes and other running/walking gear while you drink some delicious coffee. I got an iced Latte with sugar free vanilla. It was very good. There is outdoor seating and seating inside at the bar or by the front window. They have pastries to choose from if you want a bite to eat. They sale bagged coffee beans and will grind then for you if needed. This is a must try if you are visiting or live in the area.
Parking: They have their own parking spaces in a lot in front of the building.
