I dined here with some friends the other night and it was Fabulous!! We had the 7 course tasting menu and everything was great! The chef was very personable and took care of my food restrictions, though I’d just say give everything a try as it’s made because it can lose it’s authenticity with amendments. So trying to find Pisco sours in the Raleigh-Durham area led us to Pisco Mar. A nice clean restaurant up on the second floor right across for the NCS campus. The pisco sours were delicious with lots of nice creamy egg whites. Then we had some delicious ceviche, fish with ajillo sauce and mixed fish piled with veggies. A very good dinner! Also go to their sister restaurant, Lucky Chicken, in Cary! A really good find. Go and have some of the best Peruvian food in North Carolina!
My husband is from peru and introduced me to the delicious peruvian foods. We always try to find a good place to try when we travel. We found pisco Mar and our experience here was fantastic. We were kindly greeted upon entering, the restaurant was a a nice laid back place, beautiful. I had a pisco sour, one of my favorites and it didn't disappoint...I ordered a spicey ceviche and calamari, and I finished it. Muy Rico!!!!! We definitely will be back when we come to this area...
