I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:32 I called numerous times they said it was there in five minutes it is 8:47 now it’s a shame that I’m not able to get out and get this food I depend on delivery I’ll never call this Pizza Hut again.

The staff here genuinely cares about quality customer service and putting out a good product. I ordered a pickup yesterday, and when I got there, the staff kindly told me they were having to remake my pizza because of a mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, I left with a perfectly made pizza and some Cinnabon minis that they threw in as an apology. They were so, so kind about everything. That kind of customer service is often hard to find nowadays. I have so much respect for the staff at this location and will certainly be back.

The lady that was working there Thursday May 15, 2025 afternoon. I saw her kicking the pan they use to cook food in . That is highly unsanitary. I would not recommend anyone to eat here.
Absolutely baffled by how horrible the service is here. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, but today took the cake. I’m still waiting for my pizza that hasn’t arrived over an hour after the posted delivery time. I call the store and they transfer me to a call center under the guise of transferring me to my “delivery driver.” The call center says they only take orders and transfer me back to the store and the same lady I was speaking to picks up. Once she hears my voice, she hangs up on me!!! Well now I need a refund, so I call again. The call center picks up telling me they can’t transfer me to the store because their phone isn’t working. She unplugged the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

Pizza Hut used to be so good. Crust is tasteless and burnt. Why yall scared to put cheese on the pizza? It’s so dry not cheesy anymore. I keep going back reordering thinking it’s gonna get better but nope. I will definitely find me a new pizza spot to go to.
