Both times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve had issues with delivery. If you wanna get your food, pick it up in person. IMO, there’s no way I should pay for an order I’m still waiting on two hours later.

Delicious pizza with great quality and quantity of ingredients. Prepared perfectly and exactly on time.
Vegetarian options: The bins are separated, and variety was typical for pizza. The crust was wonderfully crispy on the outside, soft on inside.
We ordered delivery ahead of time and it never came. The driver would not answer the phone. We were very hungry. Terrible experience overall

Why the tall goofy brown skin dude with fake curls in his head try to charge me 46.23 for 2 medium pizza only pepperoni on it. I guess he thought my name was boo boo the fool. He was working Friday May 31 at 4pm. Stop over charging customers.His customer service skills suck. Pizza Hut can’t be that desperate for employees

Pizza is nothing to write home about, neither are the fries.Warning to people: When storing the pizza in a fridge in box, always make sure to put a paper tower under the pizza. If you don't, the grease from the pizza will cause it to stick to the box. This is the only pizza chain delivery I have ever had that issue with.

Very poor experience at the Hillsborough Street Pizza Hut in Raleigh, NC. Carry out order was placed over the phone and the quoted total was a different amount when arriving to the store. Large 4 topping pizza was quoted at $16.99 but upon arrival, the price on the receipt was $19.64. An additional $2.65 was charged for extra cheese without an explanation. Staff member at the register was very combative when asked about the pricing, even though he did not know what the specials were or even the price of the additional charge for cheese. Apparently orders for Pizza Hut are no longer taken locally and have been outsourced to a call center. Additionally, there appeared to be a staff member behind the register re-occupied with their personal cell phone and were unable to acknowledge help was needed for additional items (plates and napkins) when the other staff member had left the register. This will be last time I conduct business with this Pizza Hut location.
Ordered delivery pizzahut sent a door dash person who left my pizza on the front porch outside in the cold he didn't even knock or ring the door bell called to complain employee was very nonchalant about it.

Customer service for this location was terrible. We placed a delivery order and told the delivery would take 50 minutes. After 1.5 hours we called to understand delay and were told that our order was canceled due to the location having no cheese (how does a pizza restaurant have no cheese!). The manager indicated that we should have been called (we were not called) and that they had plenty of cheese to complete our order. We will never order from this location or Pizza Hut again….should have ordered Papa John’s as requested initially!

I grew up on Pizza Hut from a Youth and it wasstill good then too. One Problem i wanted to address one concern is MORE CHEESE on it PLZ.I order a medium pizza on Friday. I have NO Complaints and this is a good location for a Pizza Hut I been coming for decades still will come thorough. Thanks!
