Horrible customer service.
This is the second time I ordered from the store I caught using (Ubereats) however I did call the store directly to speak with the manager to make sure she checks my food. Make sure it’s fresh. These people gave me style. Pizza crust is so hard you can’t even bite it intentionally I save it so I can take it to Department of health. This place needs to be investigated.

Alasia is a very nice and helpful worker she knows how to get her job done when its needed it was very clean when I went to get a pizza and I didnt know which I wanted so I asked her for some recommendations and she gave me a good one I would go back!!

I visited this location with my cousins to celebrate my little cousin’s birthday. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and caramelized onions at 7:47 PM. Unfortunately, my order had to be remade twice, and I didn’t receive the correct pizza until 9:03 PM, nearly two hours later. In total, I had three different pizzas: The first was just pepperoni with no extras. The second had pepperoni, cheese, and caramelized onions, but only four slices of pepperoni on top. When I questioned it, the cook/manager said there were “extra pepperoni under the cheese,” but after checking, there were only 5¾ slices total, not even the standard eight slices for “extra" that he claimed was allowed. He then offered to give me the missing slices separately, which at that point was frustrating after waiting so long. The third pizza was finally correct, thanks to the manager, Tavion, stepping in. While I was there, I saw at least 6 or 7 other orders made incorrectly, which tells me this isn’t just a one-time mistake; it’s a bigger issue with the kitchen staff paying attention to details. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due: Shauna at the register was sweet and professional under pressure, even though the problems weren’t her fault. Tavion, the manager, was excellent: calm, professional, and proactive in fixing mistakes and keeping upset customers calm. Coming from someone who’s held leadership roles, I can say they both handled a challenging situation very well. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the rest of the kitchen staff. There needs to be serious attention to why so many orders are wrong and the accuracy is so poor. Shauna and Tavion: keep up the great work. Kitchen crew: please double-check orders and take more pride in your work.
I had ordered two pizzas over a month ago and unfortunately one of them was really bad. I got a “credit” for a future order for a free pizza. I called today and inquired if I could get that pizza today and I was denied any sort of credit. I’ve worked at papa John’s for over 7 years in my life and we always made sure our credits weren’t forgotten and to make our customers satisfied. Now that I’ve gotten a bad pizza, no refund or credit or any sort of compensation, I highly do not recommend this place for guests who want a good experience. It’s as simple as a pizza but it matters. I will not be returning. Go to papa John’s yall.
This was a terrible experience just because it’s 2.00 doesn’t mean it should be horrible the pizza was nasty in a aluminum foil container I had to wait in the line forever then I go out the line to go in only to find the door was locked at 11:40 am the person at the window gave me a receipt told me to fill out a he first line and sign are they serious the first line was for a tip they are funny poor service and food then you want a tip

Why the doors locked at 12:30 pm during lunch! Who has time to wait in a drive thru for folks to order a pizza and then wait for them to cook it. They didn't even have enough common sense to park those ordering to get to the ones who ordered online! Just dumb...

Shana, the manager here was so unprofessional on the phone and instead of helping me cancel my order. She hang up on me. Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza place, but I would never eat at this one because of her rudeness.

Ordered a pizza and picked it up. Something seemed off but couldn't place what it was but its cheap pizza. Next day got extremely sick. Food poisoning. Filled a sink with all the toppings. Called the store to ask for money back and they said they would have district manager called. Ive been completely ignored. No call. No apology. They said I would have to get a doctor's note to prove it was food poisoning from them. Pizza hut is now just trash. Don't trust what they give you. Worst experience I've ever had.
They use non English speaking door dash workers who didn't deliver and were rude when called 2 hours later about why my order wasn't delivered

I was there for 45 min waiting for a pickup that was supposed to be ready. Me and multiple other guests were sick due to the smell of Marijuana all over the lobby. Some of us had to put our clothes up over our noses to stand there. The staff were going out the front door every 5-10 min smoking, and when they walked back in, you were assaulted with strong weed smells that made you want to puke. If you're looking to gecontactedct high- for free this is the place to be. Very poor management and oversite by Pizza Hut to allow this to happen. I won't go there again.
