Pizza Hut

I go to the same location about 3 times a week same order sometimes my 3 years old daughter whom has autism wants the wings. The Manger of the store David told me they charge for more than one ranch dressing and it is up to them to give me one. Wow. Then the weekend a new cashier told me I don’t even get 1 even though I ordered wings that I have to pay $1.18 cents for 1. I know everything had gone up but not one ranch dressing when I ordered or $1.18 for extra wow! I don’t mind paying but come on Pizza Hut! For a customer that comes 3 times a week for the last 2 years even in the snow sleet or rain they can count on me being there because my daughter loves 2 of the cashiers there whom talks with her every time they work and she hates to change what she eats.

The worst service, the cashier, very bad service, it seems that one is not going to buy, he serves reluctantly and is angry.

Cashier was the worst I've seen in my life, anywhere!!! Who is making these hires. Walked off and did not take my order.

Went in the store with a report card of all A’s. Pizza Hut gives a mini personal pizza with a small soft drink. We go in with the report cards and they said that’s not there policy. When if you look it up, it is.

Ordered some pizza and wings for delivery. Tracker told us order was delivered when we hadn't actually gotten it. Tried calling store with no answer. Eventually drive to the store only to have friends call me up to tell me we finally got the food. This was 30minutes AFTER the tracker said the food was delivered.
The food was fine but, come on...just trying to make corporate happy there with your on-time numbers and causing unnecessary aggravation.

Rodney was very rude and unprofessional and called 911 stating I was an irate customer all because he refused to provide what was paid for in a deal even after being showed the deal on the app he stated that’s not what we purchased. Never again!

I am so glad I didn’t give them my credit card. This is going to be a quick review because I don’t want to go out of my way and stress myself. However, I tried ordering on the Pizza Hut app and I wanted a supreme pizza with everything on it except pepperoni and pork. Make a long story, short. The system added it anyways, and I called the store to verify that it would be taken off. I was transferred twice for 10 minutes and my order took 13 minutes. In a nutshell, I will not be returning or ordering from this store ever again. Completely unprofessional!

I placed my order around 8ish pm and my food was delivered to me around 8:48pm in which it was not my order I placed. I tried calling and calling to consistently be placed on hold for minutes at a time, so I kept calling to keep getting the call center that can't help me so they transfer me to the store to be place on hold knowing that Noone gonna answer the phone due to the fact they will be closing at 10:00 pm so me and my family is without our food and I'm out of my money. I will never order from here again..

This parking lot was too busy, (Saturday) I will not choose this location again. We could barely find a space to park. The pizza didn't have extra sauce like we asked for and was dry as... and bland

Remember those crispy, buttery pan pizzas we used to love? You won’t find them here. These personal pan pizzas were worse than gas station pizzas! Under cooked, some of the cheese wasn’t melted and the garlic was in a giant pile in one spot and totally raw. We were also missing the cheese stick from our order.I only gave it a 2⭐️ because it was round and resembled a pizza and they got all three ingredients correct. This experience ruined the nostalgia of Pizza Hut Pan Pizza for me.

I ordered a dinner box and went to go pick it up a little late because of some trouble, when j got there and gave them my name an employee named Rodneb Clark claimed that my pizza was already picked up, mind you I am the only one in my family who can drive so there were no way someone else could pick it up, after explaining that to him he didn't listen and refused to cooperate with me, when I asked to get my money back he also refused, and finally when I asked for his name he also refused to give me that aswell, this place is so unprofessional it's crazy

Waited 1 hr 15min for our food. Arrived cold and missing our 2 liter of Pepsi. Called 2x spoke to manager who offered no help other than to give a credit for drink. NO THANKS. FULL
