So... we are in town for the weekend because my older kids are attending the Dreamville festival. trying to decide what to get for dinner, I decided to order pizza for myself, my 7 yo, and my toddler at the hotel, and have it delivered. now, one would think that if the delivery driver is placing the receipt on top, they would notice where it says "item count:4", but you are only delivering 3 items to me ... ok, no, just me?! moving along. I called the number on my receipt which I thought was the direct store, but it was a call center. the call center redirected my call to the store where I sat on hold for about 15 minutes before someone even answered. I argued with the girl about the item that I was missing and for some reason she wasn't comprehending. she places me on another 10 minutes hold, and again, asked what item I'm missing. she then placed me yet another 10 minutes hold and comes back to say that the manager is busy and I should call back tomorrow. I am NOT from this area and being that y'all made a mistake and forgot an item, I figure it would be a simple fix just to refund my money for that item. I didn't even need the 2nd cheese pizza, it was more of trying to have extra food for them to eat in the morning or for lunch, before we hit the road. but, I did spend my money and at least that should be returned.... I mean, seriously! I guess I have to try and dispute with my bank, because I feel like I'm not going to get a solution from this store. The food that we did receive was mediocre, compared to the store we have in my city. whatever

They took my money for an order… I called 4 times to be put on hold..after no one coming to the phone. …I went to the store paid for my food again .staff just lied to me to my face said the money would clear after they close out..never happened ..supervisor call me to tell me they can’t refund me my money back because there’s no record of me ordering.. but did refund the second order out of good faith… now since last Tuesday they got a hold on my money..can’t blame Cash app because they have no control ..??♂️

Very rude put me on hold for 10 minutes then hangs up call back sevral times no answer then when they know it was my number they hung up again instead of being Conscientious and at least telling the customer. The situation just rudely hung up and continues to hang up no wonder they have such low ratings I told her it was delivery. She asked me for my address. I. Gave her my address. Then she tells me we don't deliver. So now I'm paranoid that she has my address. And she telling me they don't deliver. So why didnt the girl i spoke to tell me that im gonna have to go thier in person matter fact i think ill call the cops fr

This restaurant is not well kept, and doesn't look clean on the outside. Every time I've ever gone and opted for curbside delivery, I eventually end up having to go inside after waiting for an extended period in my car because no one ever comes out. The manager(s) do not take accountable or have any consideration for their inconveniences, and its frustrating. Any time I pay for extra cheese, there doesn't seem to be extra cheese on my pizza, and tossed wings are never fully covered or tossed in sauce.

I place my order online and when I get to the store they tell me the don’t except nothing over 20 dollars which is crazy then when I get change he charges a dollar for everything parmesan cheese, $1.03 marinara sauce for my cheese sticks $1.03 ranch dressing, $1.03. I will never order from here again.

I ordered over the phone for a carry out order. The lady told me 15 minutes. I came in 20-25 minutes. Order wasn’t ready and they didn’t even attempt to see how long or give me any information as they only asked if I had a door dash order and when I said no just a pick up, they went on about their business without so much as asking what my order was or my name for the order. It’s 45 minutes later as I’m writing this. Hopefully it’s ready when I ask go back in. I understand having a rush but the customer service didn’t make it any better.

Just order it and it got delivered to me like this!! I'm pretty sure who ever prepared this unevenly sliced pizza noticed it when you took it out.This was my kids dinner.Anyways have a blessed day
