I placed an order by phone and it never arrived. I waited more than 2 hours. They only charged and they didn't bring the food. Bad service. They didn't even say they would return the money. They are thieves.

I recently reviewed this location for never delivering my pizza. A customer service representative reached out to me and was very apologetic which I appreciate. The representative then refunded my money and offered me a credit for a pizza both of which I appreciated. I thought I would give Pizza Hut another try today and have a pizza delivered. I called and the customer service center refused to process my credit for a pizza. They transferred me to the store phone (which I already thought I was calling when I dialed the phone number) and no one answered for ten minutes. I hung the phone up and ordered Domino’s pizza.Pizza Hut has a good product. The company just has terrible management and customer service. Unfortunately, the company will go out of business if CHANGES are not made, QUICK!!!

Y’all might as well take that printed paper saying “ please ring doorbell for service at drive-thru” DOWN. Y’all see the people at the window waiting, we not opening our doors to press a fake ring button when it’s people getting colds left and right. Pizza fresh though.. I’ll give y’all that.

Customer services has been less than stellar some of restaurants in area but today I was very pleased. Manager handle my concern well. I would visit this location again.

Parking: This establishment is in a strip mall type setting. So depending on the time, date or holiday it could make the parking decent ? or feeling as if you want to turn around and go back ? home.

i ordered and tried to call, all the number does is send you to an answering service in the philippines where everyone you talk to just hangs up on you. over and over. no clue where my food is but my money is gone.
Quick service. They forgot my drink (not driver’s fault) but the driver Willie, was kind enough to go back and get it to make sure I was happy with my order. Great young man.

Worse pizza ever… a microwaved frozen pizza save yourself the trouble and don’t go here go to food lion get a frozen pizza and do it yourself before you go here…..you’ve been warned …

Ordered pizza at 9:15pm, site stated the pies would be delivered at 10:13p. By 10:45 I called the store, I sat on hold for seven minutes. The manager stated they had been running behind but the food was in route. From the comments he made, I believe the pizzas were still at the restaurant. He didn't offer any concessions just excuses so I told him to cancel my order. I'm calling corporate in the morning, that whack customer service is ridiculous.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would have. I placed a delivery order with ubereats and about an hour and a half to two hours later they still had not finished making my order. I tried to call to check if it was close to being done and as soon as I started talking they hung up. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or what but definitely do not order from here.
