The Manager of this place was rude, angry and belligerent, to the point of yelling at me after making me wait for 20 minutes for an order that was already complete, then seeing the order was wrong. She started by yelling from the back of the place, "Y'all going to have to patient, my whole shift quit," though no one at that point had complained. After getting my order wrong, she blamed me for it, then told me she would make another pizza. That's when the yelling started. She yelled at me about how her staff had all quit, then threatened to kick me out of the restaurant. I never once raised my voice though I did tell her I was not happy I had waited so long --- after making an online order which had come back saying was ready for pickup. This was the second time in two weeks this same Manager got my order wrong, and I never heard an apology nor did I ever hear her say 'please', instead she yelled at me then went off a rant in the back about her shift all quitting, until she was literally screaming. I will never buy another Pizza Hut meal again. From this or any other store.

Do not order delivery from this location. The last 2 times I've ordered lunch from the Glenwood location, my delivery person did not bring my drink. And both delivery people were extremely rude. I just wanted the drink I paid for.

The person, female, on the phone was not capable of taking a large order. The order was delivered almost an hour late and was completely cold. The store would not answer the phone to provide an update on the order. The absolute worst p hut experience ever. Most stores are very good. Not this one. Be wary.

This store is suffering from a terrible manager. The PH on Six Forks Rd closed, so I tried this one instead, two separate times. First time they were out of pepperoni. I'm sorry, what? A pizza chain out of pepperoni? The first time that happens should be a serious mark on the performance evaluation of whomever is in charge of ordering- that shouldn't happen. Got there and the meat lovers (sans pep of course) stuck to the pan, so had to wait in store for a whole new pizza. 2nd time- ordered the same large stuffed crust pepperoni. This time, they call me and say they're out of the cheese for the stuffed crust. I canceled.
I don't know what kind of operation you guys are running here, but it is not working. Full stop. 2 for 2- out of pepperoni and out of cheese. At a multimillion dollar pizza chain. That's not going to cut it. Terminate whatever terrible GM you have here who allows this nonsense to happen, or seriously just close the store and allow a better place to open up in your spot. At this point, this Pizza Hut is just a waste of space in a thriving capital city.

Horrible experience, for the love of God please go to any Pizza Hut other than this one. My order was not only ready 25 min after they said it would be, they also left out food. The one and only reason you still have my business is because of your delicious pepperoni melts. The melt I ordered last night was replaced with overcooked breadsticks. The rest of my $45 order was trash as well. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. The only thing they got correct were my cinnamon rolls which are complete garbage as well. I tried to call to get them to refund my melt, but some guy left me on hold for 18 min before I just hung up. I guess they were too busy messing other people’s orders up. Just save your money and time and go literally anywhere else. Even little Caesar’s has far better product and service than this place.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The past 3 times we’ve ordered from here our order was wrong. They don’t offer any remedy to fix it other than inconveniencing you to wait on them to remake part of it while the rest of the order gets cold. The manager last night told me he couldn’t refund the items that I paid for that they didn’t have once I got there. The GM is supposed to call me but I’m still waiting on that call…

Yesterday around noon we came into the store and ordered a large with any toppings $12 special. The store was clean, the staff was extremely nice and our pizza was perfect. It was the first pizza I've had in a long time that was exactly like I ordered. I just wanted to thank the ladies that served us yesterday. Thank you so much!

I will be calling corporate on this location as a business owner and professional this establishment should not be in business they are lying about not having any drivers or delivery employees they say that every time I call then they hung the phone up in my face 3 times!!!!!! back to back telling me to hold and never coming back to the phone this business is insane should be shut not immediately
The food was horrible and my order was completely incorrect. I spent $50 for the wrong order to be delivered. I contacted the store to dispute the issue and no one answered the phone. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected. I even wrote a complaint to corporate, I received the confirmation email that my was sent but no one has followed up with me yet. I am requesting a full refund.
