I had a great experience here the night of 1/4/26. I ordered from here since the one in Durham where I live was closed. The food and experience was much better than the one near me. It was 11:59 right before closing (they close at 12) and there were 2 young men working. The name on my receipt says Jefforey so I think he’s the one I encountered. He had a great attitude. He kindly greeted me when I walked in and he didn’t mind me ordering a thing of the Parmesan cheese even though they were closing. He had a nice smile on his face while the other guy held the door for me as I left. And the food was absolutely amazing! Yep much better than the experience I have at the ones in Durham. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys.

Ordered Pizza today and the pizza barely had sauce on it. The pizza was so bare my kids didnt want to eat it. I tried to call but it seemed as though they hung up the phone. When I called back it didnt go through. I am not sure if they are skimping on the sauce, but please don't. An average order for a family is $50 at minimum and its disappointing to see the costs go up, the pizzas getting smaller and then it not taste good bc theyre not putting enough sauce, especially in this economy.
The people who work are so nice.

I would never go back to this place again. They make the food very badly. It's the second time. They need to pay people better so they can do their job better..#0
Order was wrong. Delivered 30 minutes late. Cold. Order was wrong. Driver didn't speak any English. Couldn't find an easy to find location. Couldn't contact the store to complain. Overall, a completely terrible experience. Saturday. 6:30pm. One large 3 topping pizza.
Super nice crew! My order was on time and perfectly delicious.

I ordered delivery on Valentines Day, almost at midnight. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they deliver to me, 4 miles away. The food arrived hot and FAST! I was shocked how fast. And the the gentleman that delivered the food was super friendly and kind. The food was delicious and we got a lot for our money! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
Food was not good. Pizza was overcooked, cinnamon buns were also overcooked.

To start off, the staff were super nice and friendly, 10/10. On to the food. It’s been a good while since I’ve had Pizza Hut, so I figured I’d get some for the fam. I’m starting to understand why Pizza Hut has fallen from the leaderboard and places like Dominos and Papa John’s are preferred. I know there’s only so much franchise locations can do as far as ingredients go. The cheese sticks I got easily seemed like they were frozen and cooked as there was pre-cut markings on the bottom yet no indication of any cuts on top. I used to work in the food industry so I could recognize some similarities w/ similar food I worked with.
The pizza..
The pizza itself was not what I remembered hand tossed to be, far from it. The crust was thin and oddly soggy. I’ve had pizzas from a few other places that use the delivery bags to keep orders warm and the crust didn’t suffer, so, safe to say this wasn’t an issue here.
As far as I’m concerned, I wouldn’t be surprised if the crusts being used are frozen as I made a frozen pizza (at time of writing) and the crust had a similar texture. For the price I paid, almost $65, I expected Papa John’s quality, instead I got food Little Caesars can, and has, surpassed for a fraction of the price. It’s sad to see a brand cheap out on ingredients, but I’m happy to see the team at this location do their best to ensure customers feel welcomed, the team made my evening 😄

Pepperoni pizza was extremely dry. It was the worst pizza that I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut in 40 years. I will never buy from there again.
