DONT ORDER ONLINE. The online estimate is pure fiction. When it decides to tell you your pizza is done is pure fiction as well. My pizza was reported as ready for pick up by a delivery person at 6:15, by 6:45 no one had delivered it, so I went down there to pick the $#@! pizza up myself, and was met by a line OUT THE DOOR of people waiting to puck up their "ready" pizzas. I go inside, tell them my name, and they just start making the pizza. Like, it wasn't done, doordash hadn't just decided my pizza was worth delivering, IT LITERALLY HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED.
There was some sort of mechanical malfunction earlier, and pizza orders started backing up. Credit where credit is due, the people frantically making pizzas and trying to catch up with the backlog were doing a good job. They were still professional despite the crowd of people waiting for their food.
The people are fine, but the website integration is nothing but lies. 2 hours to get a pizza, with a house full of hangry girls and wife. With a little bit of truth, I could have saved an entire evening.

The person who was making pizzas, came to the register without washing hands. And when asked about it, he said he will wash when he goes to make the pizza, but he didn't, He said that how it is and was rude about it. No customer service. The large pizza was on special, but when I asked about the large, it was not!

Ordered 2lg pizzas online. When the driver arrived, he proceeded to deliver 1 of the 2 pizzas ordered. Once brought to the driver's attention, the driver stated "not my problem, F......K you" and proceeded to walked away. I contacted Pizza Hut and was transferred to the Creedmoore Rd. location - there I spoke with Bobby. Bobby was professional and corrected the error without further confrontation. Thanks to Bobby and the staff at Creedmoore Rd. Pizza Hut for the excellent service!!

They always mess up your order! Every single delivery order we have recieved from this location has been wrong, and its been dozens! To correct they always tell us it will take another 45-60 minutes for redelivery or we have to go get it ourselves. It's absolutely absurd and ridiculous. No idea how they stay in business.

Unfortunately they use doordash for delivery But when our food got stolen, they made it right and sent us a new order and we got! Thank you for remaking it on busy Saturday night and being so nice and patient on the phone.

This place is great. The manager, I think his name was Michael, he was very professional, and when I had an issue with my order, he made it unbelievably easy, and fixed the issue within a few minutes of when I arrived.
