I ordered from this location online last week and was delivered the wrong pizza. The box was sealed shut and even had my name and receipt tapped to the box. I called 10 times that evening and not one time did anyone answer. I contacted online customer service and the nice lady tried took my information but I sadly there was communication issues and she didn't speak English well she said I would hear from someone in three days. Never heard anything. I then did a survey online for customer service and I received an email from a Christopher barnes just saying thank you feed back. I have emailed him back twice asking for some type of refund considering I couldn't eat the pizza that was delivered and paid $35 for. It's been four days since my last email to him and I still have not heard nothing back.

Today, my pizza was never delivered. I called the store to politely enquire about the status, they put me on hold and then the line dropped. Update:The driver left the pizza in the wild and posted the picture that I'm attaching to this review. The caption read: "the pizza was left in a safe place". The audacity lol. I think they took non contact delivery far too literally.Update 2:A few days later, James, the manager, contacted me. He handled the issue very professionally and made things right. The delivery fiasco is to be attributed to Door Dash. They do a terrible job and it is unfortunate that Pizza Hut outsource their (some?) deliveries to them. 5 stars for James.

Ive been blessed and busy lately cooking for clients but I can always count on my local Pizza Hut for my late night snack. Its pepperoni and sausage pies for me. Always hot and fresh.

I would love to share my experience, but my experience was walking in to absolutely no pizzas. First Pizza Hut delivery refuses to deliver just a large pizza because THEIR coupon for delivery made the cost "too low" for delivery, so I went to this location to pick up pizza, and there's nothing there. I'm actually now just done with Pizza Hut in general.

This place looks good but smells like bad I don't know how to explain it but it don't smell good also they don't use not gloves like they have to be clean because he was touching the pizza when I don't know where he puts his hands before I didn't like that

Starting out with 3 stars: store location was six forks rd. For starters when calling in our order came up to $68 and some change. For two pizzas and an 18 count. Ordered the same thing online and my total was $38 something so where did the difference come in at? I called back in to the store to get sauce with the wings. Because that wasn't an option when ordering online. For 18 wings they were charging $1.99 for each dipping sauce. When the food arrived it was room temperatur, at least the sodas were cold. The wings we had to put back in the oven because they were still gummy so this is why they eneded up with a 2, if I could do a 1.5 I would!

Had a craving for some breadsticks and ordered for curbside pickup. The employee preparing the food and bringing the orders out is very professional. After returning to the store from bringing an order out for another vehicle, he immediately removed his gloves and then put on new ones. The breadsticks were hot and perfect but the sauce was really watery and just had a weird taste to it. Not like it was bad but there was like a sweetness to it that was just off putting. Overall a great experience.

Ordered two pizza for delivery from the Glenwood Avenue store. One was a personal pan pizza which was okay. The other was the meat lovers special. I ordered with crispy crust - which apparently means dried out. First - if you think your meat lovers will have lots of meat - you'd be wrong! I ordered without pepperoni. The meat on the pizza consisted of some scattered pieces of ham dried out enough to be jerky. The beef and pork was little dried out crunchy bits of nastiness with pork indistinguishable from pork because they were so overdone. Second - the crust was so hard in the edges that it was like eating plastic. Third - the pizza, although cooked to death - was cold. Never again. I love personal pan pizza, but I'll never order another pizza from this place again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a large three-topping hand tossed pizza today at 5:06pm and picked it up at approx 5:18. Pizza was ready and waiting. Upon first glance, all looked good. However, the dough tasted like it had been frozen from the night before! Some of the slices had only one pepperoni and the max on any slice was two! Ten pieces of mushrooms on the entire pizza! And the cheese was basically nonexistent. I called the store manager, he never apologized or explained why the dough tasted frozen which suggests maybe in fact it had been frozen. He gave the typical response- "you want a credit or make another one?" I mentioned the dough again and he said maybe it was "just a bad one." At this point I didn't even bother mentioning the toppings nor will I bother ever going back.
