We went to dinner because I read it was the last weekend the restaurant would be open. I booked a reservation three weeks in advance, but the best I could do was an outdoor table. I did not know that it would be a community table when we asked to be seated at the end of the table, we were told that we could not rearrange ourselves. Luckily the weather was mild. But we did not pay $170 for two people to fight flies for an hour and a half. had I known that I would be this uncomfortable....
This is the most difficult review I will ever write! I have enjoyed Plates Kitchen so much over the years. Plates has become a second kitchen in my life! I can't imagine a restaurant ever finding its way into my heart the way Plates Kitchen has. It is unfortunately time to say goodbye, and I do so with a heavy heart! I truly love all of the past, and present team that represents the Plates Kitchen restaurant! You will never be forgotten! For those of you that haven't...
Love Plates! It's been our family's restaurant for holidays and special occasions for years. So sorry to see it closing and had to have one last brunch to say goodbye. Lots of memories to be held tight here and appreciate all the staff who were the best. Good luck to everyone in your future endeavors and hope to see you around sometime in the future!
