We went to order food Sunday night. We ordered the 12 piece with 3 sides and the empanadas. They must’ve given us some food that was already sitting up. The chicken was cold and the empanadas were soft and soggy. When we got it home. I live 8 minutes away. When they gave us our cups for the drinks, there was a roach sitting by the drink machine. Should’ve gotten a full refund right then but my man wanted the food so bad because he talked about how good it was at another location. Got it home and threw it all in the trash. Everything was horrible and a waste of $60! I will never go back again!! The sides were disgusting smh

Their beans are good. The chicken is, let’s just say, interesting. The sanitation is questionable. There is no reason the employees cannot put forth the effort to clean the place better. And although their website says open until 8 on Christmas Eve, they only took orders to go. This, of course, begs the questions: why not close the doors and only do drive through orders? And why not add that information to their website? I’m guessing laziness is the answer.

The food was good, the only thing that would make it better is that they should have the campero sauces (the signature ketchup and hot sauce). I feel like that the Campero sauces are part of the franchise signature.

Excellent fried chicken and sides! The chicken was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The yuca fries were fantastic and the dinner rolls were also great. I also enjoyed the nuggets and sauces provided. When I visited the staff member taking orders didn't speak much English but everything worked out fine. Having basic Spanish knowledge or a translator app might help. In closing, I would recommend if you're looking for some quality fried chicken!

The food was delicious, although they failed to put my dinner rolls in the bag.
The issue I had was due to a serious safety concern. If you have a person as a manager on duty or a supervisor, they should be familiar with local laws/guidelines for businesses open to the public. When I arrived at 12pm, the door was locked. I could see customers sitting inside eating and one customer at the counter ordering his food. After trying the other two side doors an employee came and opened one of the doors to let myself and another customer in. After I ordered my food, I watched an employee go lock the main door again. As long as a restaurant is open to the public, you should not be locking the doors with customers inside. I believe what made it worse is that they would lock the doors and then just walk away to the back so other customers arriving would find the door locked. Also, those trying to leave were standing at the door waiting for the employee to come back and let them out. There was no dangerous situation going on to even remotely warrant the doors constantly being locked with customers inside. This restaurant can get in serious trouble for doing this!
