Probly the most disappointing food I've eaten in months. Spicy chicken... kfc had more spice to it.... just doesn't taste like Louisiana to me... sorry, I'll stick with bojangles.

Long review:Can we just appreciate how great their reward system is? How it isn't greedy like most places ? Earn rewards and you can USE them. And you can use multiple points on different items plus coupons/offers ON THE SAME ORDER. They don't say well hey, you used some of your points on a fry so that's it even though you have enough to cover your entire bill (like McDonald's or any other chain). I appreciate this so much! Food: ours is always great here. Whether it's lunch or right before closing, effort is always the same. They messed up our order once and the staff at night did more than enough to correct it.Chicken sandiwches- always on point..I have a problem, I'll admit it?I love their little apple piesWings - good. I'm not a wing person but my husband is and they were good. they are covered in the sauce you choose but you can choose to have it on the side if you prefer.Their fries are really good! especially if they just came out.Their sweet teas by the half gallon- it's a good southern tea?I was always a Bojangles girl but I gotta say....I think I've converted.

Usually great with staff and everything but tonight went and the lady over the radio was extremely rude off rip for no reason after waiting 30 minutes in line and after my girlfriend said what she wanted she says “Pull up” and we go we have one more thing to get and she says “OMG!” Over the mic so we left and took our business to cookout :) not saying I hate popeyes but I definitely hate that one lady you’ll know if you hear her

Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich could take a lesson from Popeyes chicken sandwich! Best one I've ever eaten! And the staff was so friendly!
This was our first time at Popeyes. Next time we will try their spicy chicken. It was a good amount of food for a good price. But at this point, nothing special.

I thought it would have been more shrimp. But they tasted good. My husband had spicy chicken, big pieces. Bathroom had a liquid on the floor. A man came over to the table talking crazy.

We went into the drive thru and ordered the #2 and some wings, when we went to pay they told us that they had to prepare the #2 and it would take them 5 minutes to prepare it. 5 minutes after they handed us the order and they gave us 2 pies for waiting.Service: 10/10Wait time: 8/10Food: 10/10I enjoyed it overall and I would come back to this Popeyes again.
