The staff at this location is extremely RUDE! Where do they get these workers….. First person you encounter after a long flight just to be greeted with rudeness. If they don’t like their jobs why are they there? Seems like this has been an issue at this location reading other comments. Where is management to address such lack of professionalism. This is was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes establishment, everyone there had a bad attitude and the girls there are extremely rude. They all speak with an attitude and it felt like I could not even ask a question without being looked at and the way they spoke to me and other customers there was just so bad. Especially the girl that dresses like a boy, she was extremely rude and you could hear the other workers in the back laughing every time she said something rude. I definitely will not be coming here again and I strongly recommend that others go to burger fi for better customer service. It’s not the food but the people that work there is the issue.

Chicken biscuit. Add salt(4.5/7 of the packet)and pepper(9/14 of the packet). Great biscuit when sleep deprived. The employees served me to a degree I, as a customer service employee, strive to attain. Colin P. is a one start leaving pretentious moron. The food at this pop eyes is unmatched in its quality, iv been to other locations. And, not to get repetitive, the employees are masters of customer connection, that being the lack thereof. At 5 in the morning is a customer looking to talk? Nay. The customer wishes for a swift delivery of a delectable chicken biscuit. The employees have mastered the art of speedily delivering food. I placed an order for 2 chicken biscuit, and let me tell you, I blinked and the biscuits were ready. As a disclaimer, I was lacking sleep to an embarrassing degree and I may have fallen asleep for a moment. But that's the magic of this pop eyes. 5 stars easy. The only one discontent that I could raise, and I hesitate to, is that this location is only open till 11pm, and sadly I will not be able to visit it on my return to RDU airport. Colin P. I have to absolutely agree 100% with Sue Loftis review about the rudeness that I encountered with the same cashier (obviously) she wrote about six months ago! She had to been there as another "body" just to take orders and run the register and couldn't do that right, because when my mother corrected her on HER mistake with our order, this cashier felt it was necessary to show her annoyance by displaying her ignorance YELLING and being outright disrespectful to us both, not only to an elderly but as customers as well!! Whatever happened to standards and business integrity?! Unfortunately no name tags were worn, but she did have tattoos on her arms and neck, sad because the food was actually good and there was a guy working that day who was friendly and catered to our needs in the seating area. Thank you young man for turning our frowns upside down!!

1 star on food, because I couldn't get any.I don't know if it's a Popeye's, or an HMS Host issue, or maybe it's RDU itself. Lots of empty storefronts. You all need help!!Desperately.As slow as it was, they weren't taking orders because they were "transitioning." Three cash registers, a house full of staff, and nobody working!!I wasn't the only customer to walk away.
Surprisingly the service was VERY FAST and accurate. I came here for an early breakfast at 4:30 am and they were open. Long line moved very fast with people getting their orders in less than 5 minutes. At the time of my trip, orders could only be placed via the kiosk or online by scanning their QR code. I very much liked the food and quick service to get my food. I wish more food options at the airport were this quick!

It’s an airport Popeyes. There was a guy hovering in the seating area that was helping everyone find a seat and offering to help. He was very nice and made me smile. The food was fine, it was the last meal I had before many hours of flying.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s as wheelchair friendly as an airport is.
